Editorial Review :
Fitted, tapered footless tights that hit between calf & ankle. A great layer piece.
Customer Review :
great, but with shipping, expensive
These are great leggings, with a wonderful fit and feel. My only complaint is that with the cost of shipping, they aren't a super bargain. I probably will order more anyway, since they come in so many colors and the workmanship seems exceptional.

Great product
I love the feel of these! The only reason they aren't perfect is that they are a little too lose at the foot end and it rumples up. All in all I'll buy them again!
Rating :
Comfy, everyday leggings
These leggings are super comfortable, very soft and stretchy, and they aren't see through at all, so you can basically wear them with any length top. Very versatile and a must have piece for any wardrobe!

great leggings!
These are great leggings - for yoga, working out, lounging, etc. Perfect fabric weight and fit - not shiny and spandex-y. Sizes are ample - run larger and taller than average. They do tend to pick up lint - easily remedied with a lintbrush.

Editorial Review :
New Balance Unisex Lightning Dry Lo-Cut sock provides moisture management, a compression arch support for stability and comfort by keeping the fabric tight and comes in a 3-Pack. The medium density fabric allows for proper fit and comfort
Customer Review :
Good Buy
Not the best running sock but definitely worth the money. I have better socks but they cost 3x as much. I will buy another bundle of these for the money.

Can't go wrong with New Balance
I have size 13 feet and have had trouble finding socks that actually fit my large feet. These socks fit perfectly and are really comfortable.
Rating :
Pretty good
As far as the socks themselves go - no complaints. They are more comfortable than the big costco pack of cheap white ankle socks that I'm phasing out. I do run and I have not yet developed any blisters or problems while wearing these socks. Eventually, something will happen, but I won't blame the socks. They've passed the "gear test" meaning they get stored with the running stuff instead of the every day stuff.
What I don't like is that the three pairs really do have slightly different colored/shaded "NB" logos. What I really want is a big stack of high quality and identical socks. I hate sorting socks and it bugs when I have to throw one way 'cause its mate got lost or messed up.
Rating :
Best socks I have purchased so far.
These socks don't shed on the bottom of your feet after wearing them all day and sweating. Most socks leave lint on the bottom of your feet. So far, they seem to be wearing well.
Rating :
Very comfortable socks!
They are very good excercise socks, or you can wear them as casual socks. I really like them. The only complaint that I have is the size chart was not clear. I wear 9 1/2 shoes and I bought medium ones. They fit very snug, almost a little too small. I'm actually OK with that. But if you like the socks a little looser, you may want to go with the large(if you wear 9 or 9 1/2 shoes). Overall, very good and comfortable socks.

Customer Review :
Quality product, but not something I'd write home about.
The large size shorts have an 8" inseam before washing--I haven't washed them yet so I'm not sure if they'll shrink any. Unlike a lot of athletic shorts, these are only single ply and coupled with the fact that they're comprised of thin material, they are somewhat transparent when you hold them up to the light. As long as you aren't wearing fluorescent pink undergarments you should be okay, though.

Holy Supersizing Batman!
I have a pair of these shorts I bought a year ago. Hard to buy a better pair of shorts to work out in at any price.
Bought 3 new pair off Amazon. Well, guess what? Adidas has decided to start super-sizing their product. Large is marked as Large, but size-wise is now an XL or XXL. It's just ridiculous. There's no way to know what size to order anymore. So, five years from now, do I have to order XXS to avoid getting shorts the size of a circus tent? I thought Adidas was run by a frenchman. Why then are they succumbing to American marketing nonsense? Arretez-vous le madness, SVP.
Oh, and I ran down to my local mega sports mart, found the same shorts (that they swore over the phone that they didn't have) and yup, it's not an aberration. Medium is the new Large for Adidas. How incredibly annoying...

Best workout shorts EVER!
By far the best workout shorts i've ever worn. I sweat A LOT but these shorts do an amazing job of wicking away sweat. I'll never go back to traditional mesh shorts so long as these are on the market.

Customer Review :
too short
I got these pants and they fit great. I am a 5 foot 9 inch woman. I wanted something with a longer inseam so I read the reviews and bought these men's pant. Well I washed them and tho I hang most of my pants I did put these in the dryer for a bit. I was disappointed that they shrank. So after I washed them last I stretched them out in length and then hung them so they are long enough for me (so I will not put them in the dryer again). The rest of the pant is great from the waist and pockets to the thick cotton fabric.

LONG LEGS-COZY PANTS
This Michelle Helms doing this review- I got these because people in reviews said they ran long, and im 6 foot tall, and have never had a pair of sweats be long enough. These are! They do run long, which for me is great! I usually wear a size xl but next time I will buy Large, they run a little big in the waist,They still fit me and stay on fine,But the Large whould fit better. So my advice is get one size smaller than what you ushaly wear. Also the thickness of them is great too!

For men over 6 feet with small to medium leg width
Okay, my husband is tall and slender. 6 foot and 180#. These pants fit him great! They are long enough and sleek enough. I absolutely LOVE this sweats on him. They are slender through the legs so don't get these if you have wide thighs. The material is great and the navy looks really fresh even after a few washes. Nice big pockets, too. If you're short or have wide thighs, don't get these pants.

String broke - cut a size larger than indicated
I'm 6'0", and typically wear a 34X32 in jeans and a 36X32 or 36X34 in slacks. These sweat pants are not low-rise by any means; they're cut to be worn with the waistband up by your belly-button, and when worn like that, the length is okay for me; if I were to try to wear them down by my hips (which is where pants tend to like to "sit" on me) they're too long.
The waist as-is was a little large for me, so I tied the drawstring in the hopes that they'd stay up better. But when I went to put them on, the string snapped. They're not so big that they'll fall off my hips, so I'm going to stick with them, but it's a bummer that the drawstring wasn't more durable or elasticky. Two stars for not being cut super baggy, one star for having pockets, one star for softness; minus one star fitting larger than indicated, and another for the crappy drawstring. If I could go back in time and do it again, I'd order a medium.

OK pants, but not for tall people
These pants are comfortable and well made. But I bought them for my husband specifically because they were longer than most pairs I've found and he's 6'4. When they arrived, they fit great. Until I washed them and they shrunk. Now he looks like he's wading through a flood. Not cool.

Editorial Review :
Stay warm, dry and comfortable in the Champion® men's Fleece Open Bottom Pant with moisture-wicking Double Dry® technology. This sweatpant has a 4-needle elastic waistband with inside drawcord for individual fit and comfort and an open-bottom leg with elastic that makes this soft pant easy to put on and take off when you're on the go.
Customer Review :
Sweatpants
These are fine, I just would like to disagree with the earlier comment about the sizing. I am a 33 as well, and based on the earlier comment I decided to go with the large rather than the medium. Well, that was probably a bad choice. They have an elastic waste band so it is not like they are falling down now, but they are very baggy - I could fit both legs in each pant leg, which is not what I am looking for and not what the picture shows. So your choice: if you want super baggy, get one size up; otherwise trust the chart.

NICE BUT NOT MUCH COTTON CONTENT
Nice pants but if you are looking, as I was, for less synthetic and more cotton (for hygiene reasons) then PLEASE NOTE: These are NOT 80/20 as described. They are 56/44. I found that out too late because the content tag is clear down the leg. If this is not a concern, these are nice. Good and long and warm.
Rating :
Great pants for the winter
These are great for "bumming" around the house during the winter. They do run long so be aware of that. No elastic on the cuff, which I like. Team them with the top and you're set for warmth during the winter.
Rating :
LOVE IT! Great for women, too!
I'm kinda tall for a girl (5'9ish) and usually when I buy sweatpants in women's sizes, they're barely long enough to graze the floor but after I wash and dry them, they shrink up to my ankles. Call me weird, but I can't stand that -- I have to have my lounge pants long! So, I bought these and I absolutely LOVE them! They're comfy, don't shrink up, and they keep me warm without burning me up. They are long in the waist since they're guys, but it's not too bad. A lot of girls wear guys lounge pants, so it's really no big deal for them to be baggy in that area, ha!
Overall, these are a great pair of sweatpants -- perfect for guys AND girls!

Super comfy sweat pants!
I bought these pants for my hubby and I ended up stealing them from him and wearing them all of time! We both love them, really soft and comfy!! They're the cool lookin sweatpants, not the dorky ones :)

Question : How to start an apparel and shoes wholesale business?
I would like to import shoes and apparel and sell it in singapore or maybe open up a small shop space where i can sell them too. What do i need to do and do i need to get any permission from respective brands or things like that. Will there be any conflict if i just get the stuff from manufacturers in china or indonesis for example? And also how to develop a successful import export or wholesaler business. Thanks:)
Answer:
If you sell fake shoes branded as Nike you better live in an area where everyone is selling it or you will run into trouble. I would not try to sell those in the United States.Happily answered by Alan.http://www.bizcreditebook.com/

Question : how does apparel manufacturing process work? I need from start to deployemnet. Does anyone know?
I need information on the Product life Cycle for apparel process. From Design, sewing, cutting, marketing and everything in between.
Answer:
I am an independent designer and I will tell you the way it goes through it's life cycle. Usually the first step is to design what you want your garment to look like. Your design should include a template of a basic human figure. The clothes can be drawn to fit on top, then the lines can be erased, but if you are good at drawing then the clothes can be included in the actual drawing. Many designers make side notes on their sketch as to what fabric, texture, and additional details they want on their garment. These are called specs. Specs are specific details written on the side of the drawing with an arrow pointing to where the detail is to be included in the design. After designing whatever is to be made, the next step is what fabric is going to work best for that specific garment. Some fabric won't work well for cutting on the bias, etc. The next step is to create the pattern, which is a whole other skill in itself. Then, the pattern is applied to the fabric to be MARKED (marking). This is the process of the pattern being transported to the fabric. This is usually done by placing a carbon sheet, FACE DOWN, on the fabric and then placing the pattern on top so when you mark, the lines will show on the fabric. Then, the fabric is cut. Yes, these are completely different professions. From there, the fabric is to begin being constructed or sewn together. This is usually done by an outsourcing agent, where the labor is cheaper. Then sent to the manufacturer to tag it, package it, etc. This is the time when the product is being marketed. The product is then shipped to stores for people to buy, where the price includes labor, overhead costs, shipping, import/export tax and usually a 40% markup on the total price of those things so that the manufacturer can make a profit.

Question : How can you shrink an american apparel cardigan?
I have a small american apparel cardigan and it feels kind of big on me. How can i shrink it a bit smaller?
Answer:
The thing about American Apparel is that everything is pretty much pre-shrunk so you won't be able to get it much smaller. The only thing you can really do is wash it in HOT water.Every time you need to wash it, put the cycle on HOT and eventually it may shrink down.I do this with their hoodies cause XS is a little snug but S is a little big.Hope that helps :)Good luck!

I am currently working in a big high fashion retailer, I've been wanting to pursue a career in the fashion industry, mainly retail related...And I was wondering how would be the basic requirements to become a vendor for instance like for Burberry Apparel? And is there any degrees you need to obtain before becoming a vendor besides having retail experience?
Answer:
Marketing and Business Administration degrees (available at community colleges or online) would be very beneficial. Ask your hr dept what the qualifications are, since I'm sure college will be required.
