great shorts

Very lightweight, comfortable, have pockets, dry quickly. Great for exercising and the gym, or just lounging around the house. Will be getting more.

Rating :

Good short for working out or play

These are good shorts if you want a basic pair to work out or just play around. The sizing feels a little big in certain areas. Not necessarily the waist, but the leg openings. I was afraid to exchange for a smaller size because I felt the waist wouldn't be right. I can deal with it, but it's just something to be aware of when buying. One thing I noticed about these shorts that I couldn't really tell on Amazon or Champion's website is the fact that they are somewhat see-through. Might be more noticeable if white or light colored underwear was worn underneath. Something I might do, is get a pair of Underarmour or similar compression type pants to wear underneath while exercising. Seems like I've noticed guys doing that on Fit For Duty. It might look and feel better while doing something like leg presses where the legs are going to be coming up.

Rating :

great gym shorts

These shorts are cool and comfortable. Very good deal for the money. They keep you nice and dry during sweaty workouts. Some reviewers mentioned that they are somewhat see through. Well when you hold them up to the light they are. But when you put them against your skin they are absolutely not see through, because you need a good bit of light for that to occur. If you have something glowing in your naughty bits region then they'll probably be see through, and you should get to the ER pronto. I have been wearing these in the gym for over a month and no one has cited me for indecent exposure. I wear nothing underneath but a jockstrap (a white one) and I cannot see it through these shorts at all. So don't base your decision to buy these on their sheerness level which is only a conditional occurence.

Rating :

Comfortable but too baggy

These are very comfortable and a good length but too loose for my taste. I bought them with the intent to jog in them but they'll be converted to casual shorts instead.

Rating :

Not really worth the money

Bought two of these for the summer as I work out and swim a lot. Decent quality but they are the low end of the Champion line. Like another reviewer mentioned they almost sheer when held up to the light. There is no inner liner and the material is thin. I also don't like that the draw string is made into a loop instead of two formed ends like the ends of a shoe string. I had to cut mine and I'm sure they will fray.

Due to the thinness of the material I'm not sure I want to swim in these? Better deals out there for sure. Walmart sells Starter gear for 10-12 dollars. Much better stuff.

The Champion Double Dry Seamless Full-Support Underwire Sports Bra features full support plus seam-free comfort

Customer Review :

good, but not quite the best

I bought this sports bra after reading some of the reviews on it. I'm a 34-DD so I need and like lots of support. I've previously worn the Moving Comfort Fiona bra, and liked those a lot too, so that is what I'm comparing these to. The Pros:
-Super comfortable-I could wear this all day and be comfy
-Easily adjustable-can adjust exactly as you want. Would make a good maternity bra I would think
-Decreases the uniboob

Cons:
-sizes seem to run large-I bought the 34/36 D/DD and I feel like I would need to go a size smaller if I really wanted to reduce the bounce
-not quite enough compression for me. Could be the fact that the sizes run large, but that Fiona bra definately keeps the girls where they belong. This one not so much.

Overall I'm happy with these bras because they are comfortable for my regular workouts-weight lifting, elipticals, things like that. I wouldn't consider running in this bra though-I'd bust out the Moving Comfort Fiona bras, which aren't comfortable enough for all day wear but will compress the girls enough to keep them where they belong. I've reviewed the Fiona as well if you want my thoughts on that as well.

Rating :

great for running

This sports bra is alot lighter than my other champion sports bra but just as good at preventing unneccessary bouncing. It is also good at wicking away sweat. I bought the "latte" color and you cannot see it under a white tee.

AMAZING sports bra!

As a 34DD, I've always had issues finding a perfect sports bra. Look no further, this is it! Great support, incredible comfort! I don't want to rip it off immediately after wearing it to the gym, it's so comfy! I absolutely recommend this to all my big busted ladies out there!

Rating :

ALL BRAS SHOULD BE THIS COMFORTABLE.

This bra is easy to put on, stays in place, doesn't dig into me and is supportive. I love the velcro adjustable straps, all bras should have them. I didn't realize how much I sweated until I took my bra off!
It made my breasts look normal size. I need to get some more of these bras. The product listing does not tell you that the straps are velcro adjustable, what a nice feature. The material doesn't get itchy, feels soft and comfortable. Mary from SOCAL.

Rating :

best sports bra I've ever had

I've always had trouble with the sports bras I've had in the past. I've resorted to wearing two bras to work out, until I bought this bra. It's extremely comfortable, and minimizes unwanted movement, even for larger cup sizes. This bra is absolutely worth buying!!!

Customer Review :

overall a good product

padding for the seat when bike short are not an option. not at all supportive like bike shorts but helpfull to alleviate the sore bottom that comes with a long ride

Rating :

Can't beat the value

Super fast shipping, great job! Espcially considering it's free!

Product is as described, padding is in the right area for biking comfort. I still wear breifs under them for additional support but I was only looking for padding, so no worries there, and comfortable nylon shorts over them as I am not much for spandex in public. :)

They are not of the build quality you might expect from your local bike shop but can't beat the price with buy 3 get 1 free. They were made in Bangladesh for unisex use so you can't expect the highest quality and perfect form fitting.

Sizing was a little larger than I expected, but still worked great. I am about a 36" waist and it seemed like it could accomodate much more of me, say up to 40". The material is very stretchy in the gut, butt and theighs.

I gave 5 stars because of the value, under 9$ a pair when other name brands could charge 40/pair. Can't beat it and I'm not going to complain!

Rating :

Good fit, very comfortable for what it is

The shorts are very comfortable and help out when on a medium length bike ride. I wear them for my exercise bike as well as the mountain bike. At first, they may seem like wearing a diaper but that sensation goes away after just a few minutes and they seem like normal shorts.

Rating :

Great underwear type bike shorts

I've been useing the TCM PADDED UNISEX CYCLING BIKING BRIEF SHORTS LINER (Large, Black) for about 6 weeks now and I don't think you could find a better set of bike shorts anywhere, I wear mine under my cargo rideing shorts, and find these to be comfortable, non-binding, or pinching in those places that matter the most while on a long, or short ride... I Highly recommend these shorts!!!

Rating :

they're not terribly comfortable, but they get the job done

it feels like youre wearing a diaper, they fit really weird and dont conform to your body very well, but the padding is effective and helpful to wear on a bike ride.

Nice feel and look good

Not much to say. These shorts in different colors look nice and feel nice. The only complaint I have is that the pockets are loose and turn inside out easily. Overall, a good value and a nice design-The basics!

Rating :

Comfy!

Comfortable, they work, love the pockets. Too long for my tastes but most people probably like it this way. I cut off the champion label for a more classy look. I ordered 4 of them.

Rating :

Good shorts

Very lightweight for the warmer weather. I like loose fitting clothing. This fit the bill.

Rating :

great shorts

The reason i gave 3 stars is due to the fact that the wrong color was shipped, ordered blue, got grey. Were still comfortable and had no other complaints. Dont have much time to self so sending back and waiting for right color was not an option.

Rating :

Not bad, Not great

The shorts fine good enough. They aren't made of the highest quality materials, hence the price. My only real complaint is that the back label is scratchy and not easy to remove. Otherwise, functional running shorts.

Customer Review :

The best travel underwear ever

I have three pairs of these that I use when I go on vacation. They are light, soft, comfortable and keep me dry through long days of trudging through the Yucatan or the Louvre. The will NOT however dry overnight. I wash them out at night, hang them to dry and in about 24 hours they are ready. Thats why I keep three pairs. They are comfortable enough that I am contemplating buying enough to wear everyday, but the price has so far kept them reserved for travel. Still I cannot recommend them highly enough. I like them much better than the boxer brief which I have had chafing problems with, no such problems with the boxers.

Rating :

Ex Officio is the best! Comfy too!

These are the best way to spoil your man! Perfect for travel, the gym, camping or everyday casual wear.
The woman's are just as great!
I have had the same pairs for over three years and they look brand new!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Rating :

A whole new world

My husband absolutely loves his ExOfficio's - so much so that he now owns 10 pairs! I originally bought him a pair for a trip we were taking, thinking they'd be comfortable for a long day of walking. After trying them out for a couple days, he's completely stopped wearing his usual cotton boxers and wears these everyday.

After Year One.

I have to say that these blew away my expectations. I have alternated two pairs of these for one year straight. I picked up a pair of these boxers originally for a summer spent working-on/driving boats in New Hampshire. To clean them I would shower in them and hang-dry (they would be completely dry within 4 hours, wearable within 2.5 hours). After one year, these boxers proved their weight in gold countless times (showering in the gym, and having a clean pair drying in your locker makes your trip to the gym easier). For traveling, the boxers are unmatched--with two pairs I never once had a problem with having a clean pair of boxers, and the ability to dry quickly in wet environments is a godsend. After one year, the boxers wore away at the same spot--the seam on the very bottom of the boxers. On both pairs the stitching frayed, but the fabric is completely fine (so yes after one year, they are still perfectly fine with very little sewing). I am amazed at how comfortable these boxers are, this fabric is stretchy but incredibly soft. Hands down these are the best boxers I have ever owned, and have recommended these to all my friends (when the subject comes up). I used these originally for their fast-drying and anti-microbial abilities, but the thing that convinced me to wear these long after necessity was their comfort. I will wear exofficio boxers for the rest of my life because they are far more comfortable than any cotton, nylon, or silk boxers I have ever worn. Recommended to the highest degree.

Rating :

These are the best boxer shorts I have ever had

An excellent boxer, one of the most comfortable I have ever worn, kept me cool and dry while primitive camping in Moab, UT. Definitely planning on buying another pair or two.

Questions & Answers
Question : how does apparel manufacturing process work? I need from start to deployemnet. Does anyone know?
I need information on the Product life Cycle for apparel process. From Design, sewing, cutting, marketing and everything in between.

Answer:
I am an independent designer and I will tell you the way it goes through it's life cycle. Usually the first step is to design what you want your garment to look like. Your design should include a template of a basic human figure. The clothes can be drawn to fit on top, then the lines can be erased, but if you are good at drawing then the clothes can be included in the actual drawing. Many designers make side notes on their sketch as to what fabric, texture, and additional details they want on their garment. These are called specs. Specs are specific details written on the side of the drawing with an arrow pointing to where the detail is to be included in the design. After designing whatever is to be made, the next step is what fabric is going to work best for that specific garment. Some fabric won't work well for cutting on the bias, etc. The next step is to create the pattern, which is a whole other skill in itself. Then, the pattern is applied to the fabric to be MARKED (marking). This is the process of the pattern being transported to the fabric. This is usually done by placing a carbon sheet, FACE DOWN, on the fabric and then placing the pattern on top so when you mark, the lines will show on the fabric. Then, the fabric is cut. Yes, these are completely different professions. From there, the fabric is to begin being constructed or sewn together. This is usually done by an outsourcing agent, where the labor is cheaper. Then sent to the manufacturer to tag it, package it, etc. This is the time when the product is being marketed. The product is then shipped to stores for people to buy, where the price includes labor, overhead costs, shipping, import/export tax and usually a 40% markup on the total price of those things so that the manufacturer can make a profit.

Question : Apparel !!!?
do you know where can i get a light jacket with a senegal flag on the back of the jacket.

Answer:
Your best bet of getting something like that would be store.theoffside.comAnother possibility would be to get the jacket separately, anywhere you choose, and order a flag patch from www.unmemberflags.com/flagpatches.htmlI'm afraid the size of 3..5" x 2.25" makes these more appropriate for the front than the back of a jacket, though.
