Pinarello Paris Road Frameset Pinarello Paris Road Frameset

Editorial Review :

Hydroformed, Tig-welded Vires 7003 T6 tubing allows the Pinarello Paris to be much lighter and stiffer than any aluminum frame before it, while ONDA carbon fork and chainstay keep it compliant and smooth. The power transmission in this frame is simply unreal, and the high-speed handling is equal to many all-carbon rigs thanks to ONDA?s wave technology. The hydroformed tubing also gives it a look unlike any standard aluminum frame you've ever seen. If stepping up to full carbon is out of your reach, the Pinarello Paris is one of the best road racing frames you can own. It will not disappoint you.

Question : What is the reproductive cycle time for the influenza virus? Are there any other viral?
or bacterial lifeforms with shorter reproductive cycle times?I'm looking for actual time frames.

Answer:
There are three types of influenza viruses, known as A, B, and C. Type A, the most dangerous, infects a wide variety of mammals and birds. It causes the most cases of the disease in humans and is the type most likely to become epidemic. Type B infects humans and birds, producing a milder disease that can also cause epidemics. Type C apparently infects only humans. It typically produces either a very mild illness indistinguishable from a common cold or no symptoms at all. Type C does not cause epidemics.Influenza type A and B viruses continually change. Some changes involve a series of genetic mutations that, over a period of time, cause a gradual evolution of the virus. Called antigenic drift, this process accounts for most of the changes in influenza viruses that occur from one year to the next. Other changes, less common but more injurious, involve abrupt changes in the hemagglutinin or neuraminidase. This type of change is called antigenic shift and results in a new subtype of the virus. Type A viruses undergo both kinds of transformations; influenza type B viruses apparently change only by the process of antigenic drift.

Question : Can you buy good mquality, fashionable glasses frames in China?
I'm going to China for 2 weeks and was wondering if I can buy good quality, fashionable glasses frames over there for reasonable prices. I want to wear glasses again(cycling them with contacts too), but I don't want to fork out $480 - $520 dollars over here for them. Can I get them there, because essesntially they're still all made in China so....?

Answer:
You can definitely find cheap fashionable glasses in China. In most stores that sell glasses, they give you a free eye check and take the measurements. Reasonable priced glasses are about $45-$70 in the U.S. Most glasses are good quality and can last about 2 years. I still have my glasses and they're about 3 years old. Still in tact :) However, I do not recommend buying 'brand' name glasses. You really do have to check if they are real brand name glasses. If you want to buy brand name glasses, try to check the quality.

Question : how do i get alluminium fur / corrision off a cycle frame?
how do i get alluminium fur / corrision off a cycle frame?

Answer:
I am assuming your frame has lacquer over polished aluminium, its not an easy one to remedy especially if the corrosion has gone very deep. All i can suggest you try is, get some 220 wet and dry rubbing down paper and try to keep this preparation to a confined area, perhaps masking of around this area so as not to damage the good parts of the frame.Carefully rub the corroded area down until you have removed the dark pitted corrosion, now change to a much smoother grit paper like 1000 wet and dry.The object of the exercise now is to make a smooth finish and feather the lacquer out, at this point you may need to remove the masking but still being carefull not to damage any where else on the frame. After this preparation you will need a fine compound like T cut, or even metal polish will do,polish this area until you have a nice smooth finish in the lacquer and the aluminium. Now you can re-coat the area with lacquer from an aerosol can first making sure you have masked off so not to get over spray everywhere. Now once the lacquer has dried polish with T cut or metal polish , hay presto like new!.

Question : Miscarry at 6 wks, do i still have 2 wait six wks to get a cycle?
Do i still have to wait six weeks before i have a cycle.or since this was an early miscarry will it pass as an late cycle and i will start again sooner. If so will it be on my regular time frame of my cycle or will it be irregular for a while.

Answer:
First of all I want to say I am really sorry for your loss. I have had 3 pregnancy losses this last year and can understand that pain you are going through. My last miscarriage was in August, I was 6 weeks along, and it took 6 weeks for my period to come back. But everyone is different. Since then my periods haven been a little off but I am hoping they go back to normal like they did for the first two. Good luck Hun!By the way there is a group called MEND. Their website is www.mend.org They are a great group of ladies who have experienced losing a child. They really helped me when I needed someone to talk to.

Question : Best aluminum frames for road cycling?
I think is either the CAAD9 by Cannondale or S1 by Cervelo. Any other suggestions? I am not buying a frame anytime soon but would like to know what are some of the best frames for racing that is aluminum and not carbon fiber. I dont mind carbon fiber fork and seat post. I am trying to see how much I could have saved by purchasing an aluminum frame that is race quality.

Answer:
I don't have any experience with the S1. I had my Brother-in-laws CAAD hanging in my garage for a couple of years. It was as light as carbon bikes carbon bikes that cost almost twice as much and he put some nice wheels and components on with the savings. It is a great ride.

Question : What is the cycle size (wheel and frame) for a man of height 5.7 f (172 cm)?
What is the cycle size (wheel and frame) for a man of height 5.7 f (172 cm)? Please specify if it has to be different for mountain and city bike.does 24" cycle (wheel size) is suitable for me? or it is too short?

Answer:
I am also 5'7" and ride a comfort bike(I believe mountain bike and comfort bike sizing are similar). When measured at the bike shop, I was told a 17 inch frame with 26" wheels is a perfect fit.You need to consider these factors as everyone is built differently.... leg length, arm span, type of bike you will be riding. Try a few bikes out at a local bike shop. Use the above size as a general guideline.Good luck.
