Editorial Review :

Weighing in at a mere 1.24 kg (+/- 45 grams depending on size and finish), the Valdora PHX performance is exceptional. Made from high strength carbon fiber composite utilizing proprietary OCRR technology yields a frameset that is free of flex while absorbing vibration effortlessly. Every tube of the PHX is thin, deep and aero..from the head tube to the seat stays. The top tube is vertically deep for added stiffness. Horizontally the top tube is very thin to avoid knee knock. The PHX has not some, but ALL of the following: Horizontal drop outs for easy wheel loading, replaceable rear derailleur hanger, dual water bottle mounts, full internal cable routing, and all carbon V-1 380 g aero fork. The Valdora PHX does not utilize a proprietary aero seat post. It simply requires a standard 27.2 mm post. There are so many great seat posts out there intended for different situations / uses. The PHX requires a braze-on front derailleur and comes with a FSA Orbit IS integrated 1-1/8" headset, V-1 all carbon fork, and V-Blade carbon seat post. Wheels: 700c, Seat Post: 27.2 mm (not proprietary), Front Der.: Braze-On, Bottom Bracket: 68 mm English, HeadSet: 1-1/8 Integrated.

Question : Any ideas when my menstrual cycle will start back?
I have been breastfeeding for several months. I know this is why my cycle has not resumed. However I intend to nurse for possibly up to 2 years. I'm sure my cycle will not stay away that long. I'm just wondering is there a time frame that it usually resumes?

Answer:
Everyone is a little different. I think for most, they have a period again by about 6 months P.P. I got mine back 5 weeks after birth this time (I nurse) After my first it was about 6 weeks~ and for some reason I cant remember how long after #2 I think* about 2 months. Any thing from about a month all the way to a year is "normal" And sometimes if you are breastfeeding you wont get it back till you stop completely because nursing releases ovulation supressing hormones. Also when it does come back it might be different than before and might take a while to be regular again. Hope that helped!

Question : Can you buy good mquality, fashionable glasses frames in China?
I'm going to China for 2 weeks and was wondering if I can buy good quality, fashionable glasses frames over there for reasonable prices. I want to wear glasses again(cycling them with contacts too), but I don't want to fork out $480 - $520 dollars over here for them. Can I get them there, because essesntially they're still all made in China so....?

Answer:
You can definitely find cheap fashionable glasses in China. In most stores that sell glasses, they give you a free eye check and take the measurements. Reasonable priced glasses are about $45-$70 in the U.S. Most glasses are good quality and can last about 2 years. I still have my glasses and they're about 3 years old. Still in tact :) However, I do not recommend buying 'brand' name glasses. You really do have to check if they are real brand name glasses. If you want to buy brand name glasses, try to check the quality.

Question : How long did it take you to learn to make a full walk cycle?
And how many frames do you use?

Answer:
Learning it takes no time at all, you just have to practice over and over again to get it down. The number of frames will depend on how fast or slow the character is moving through the scene.Try to find a copy of Richard Williams'"The Animator's Survival Kit", a lot of emphasis on different walk cycles can be found there. Also, many people will suggest "Disney Animation: The Illusion of Life" by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston. The lessons in these books are drawn from 2d work, but the principles are completely applicable to 3d work as well.

Question : How to know or learn from TheFastTheFuriousTokyoDrift about human life cycle or the frame of social security?
Gods blesssed you.

Answer:
You can learn that two hours of your life have passed by and you'll never get them back. They've been wasted on a dumb sequel to a dumb movie. To two dumb movies.

Question : Repair crack to head tube of aluminium cycle frame?
The head tube of my Specialized Sirrus frame has a shallow two inch crack half way down the headtube. Can I get it repaired by a welder or is it toast? I am still riding it for now but am getting nervous it might fail and dump me down the road.

Answer:
Good gosh, no....don't have it repaired, it's trash. If you have to continue riding it for awhile, get some wide hose clamps and cinch them up around the tube where you can, but by all means retire that bike as soon as possible. Although head tube metal is a bit thicker than other parts of the frame, it's not a good idea to have aluminum welded even with proper heat treating after the weld, especially on a critical part such as the head. If it fails, you're going down, and hard....not worth the risk. I'd head to your local Specialized dealer and look into a warranty replacement. That's a very odd failure for any brand, but it's the first I've heard of anything similar on a Specialized. It's possible that improper headset selection or installation could cause this, and if you happened to jump or offroad that bike (or hit a sizable pothole, etc) then they most likely won't warrant it in either case. They may offer you a heavily discounted "crash replacement" frame, however, which is a good deal that you should consider taking. Good luck with it.....sorry it's a goner.

Question : Best aluminum frames for road cycling?
I think is either the CAAD9 by Cannondale or S1 by Cervelo. Any other suggestions? I am not buying a frame anytime soon but would like to know what are some of the best frames for racing that is aluminum and not carbon fiber. I dont mind carbon fiber fork and seat post. I am trying to see how much I could have saved by purchasing an aluminum frame that is race quality.

Answer:
I don't have any experience with the S1. I had my Brother-in-laws CAAD hanging in my garage for a couple of years. It was as light as carbon bikes carbon bikes that cost almost twice as much and he put some nice wheels and components on with the savings. It is a great ride.

Question : What do I need to measure on a bi-cycle to get the frame size?
I know it's going to be something on the frame, but what?

Answer:
Your inseam. Crotch to floor. Compare to standover height of the bicycle. For instance if your inseam is 30 inches, a road bike in the 50 cm range might be right. Or a 17 inch mtb.I say 'might be' because standover just gets you in the ball park. Lots of other varibles. You really need to test ride a bicycle, for as long as they'll let you, to be for sure, as well as rely on the advice of the local bike shop.

Question : Miscarry at 6 wks, do i still have 2 wait six wks to get a cycle?
Do i still have to wait six weeks before i have a cycle.or since this was an early miscarry will it pass as an late cycle and i will start again sooner. If so will it be on my regular time frame of my cycle or will it be irregular for a while.

Answer:
First of all I want to say I am really sorry for your loss. I have had 3 pregnancy losses this last year and can understand that pain you are going through. My last miscarriage was in August, I was 6 weeks along, and it took 6 weeks for my period to come back. But everyone is different. Since then my periods haven been a little off but I am hoping they go back to normal like they did for the first two. Good luck Hun!By the way there is a group called MEND. Their website is www.mend.org They are a great group of ladies who have experienced losing a child. They really helped me when I needed someone to talk to.
