Gets the job done
When I look at this product, the phrase, "what you see is what you get," comes to mind, for that's exactly the case with this. I bought this knowing how it would feel, what it would look like, etc. I've used it a few times since I ordered it and it gets the job done quite well. I have problems with knots forming in my back, so this has done wonders to help loosen them up a bit.
Great product. would recommend to anyone.

Just what I needed for my physical therapy clinic
Believe it or not, I've asked several of my patients to buy this 1/2 foam roller for their balance exercises. I start them off on the white regular density one and when they're good at that, I tell them to buy this one to continue their exercises at home. It's actually one of my more fun treatment regimens.

excellent
I was skeptical about the quality based on the price, but I was pleased with the high quality foam that I received.

Half round high density foam roller
Although this product appeared to be the one my PT uses, it does not seem as firm or as sturdy.

firmness
This roller was too firm for me but Netfitco was great to work with to find the right firmness and was speedy with delivery!

Great product
This is a great workout for someone who is not in shape and/or hasn't worked out regularly in a while. It is intense, but doable. I'm beginning week three and can already tell a difference in my strength and endurance. The video is meant to get you up and moving and ready for the next intensity, P90X. It does just that! I feel that I'll be ready for the P90X when I'm done with the P90's 90 day workout.

A great program that will get you ready for P90X
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3Q6YYKPBU0IYM I'm a huge fan of this program and completed a round of Power 90 before progressing to P90X. It's a great workout program if you're either new to fitness or looking for something less expensive and less intense than P90X. The workouts are about 30 - 40 minutes in length and you alternate days between strength training and cardio.
In this review I discuss the overal concept behind the program, who should do the program and who should not do this program, the nutrition plan (notice I said "plan" and not a "diet"), what equipment you'll need, why I think it works, and tips on where to buy and avoid buying from.

Great Program
I started this program on March 14th and I can't say enough good things about it. I was considering P90X, and was glad I checked out the reviews because I had a lot of weight to lose and was just starting out on a fitness program. Since Power 90 seemed less daunting, I decided to give it a try. The program is great, but I got bored with the cardio and replaced that with elliptical trainer sessions. I also slacked off on the Ab workout, but committed to doing the Power Sculpt. I'm approaching the last week of the 90day program and I'm happy to report that I've lost about 35lbs in less than 3 months.
Rating :
Effective in climbing the fitness ladder
Power 90 has four phases (2 dvd's) and I'm still working on phase 1/2. An excellent (separate) Fat Burning DVD is also included and I mix that into my workouts as well. All-in-all this is an effective program for those trying to lose weight and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. I recommend it to anyone who is attempting to graduate to the P90X and, possibly, Insanity workout programs (also by Beachbody).

It Works.
What a shocking revelation it is that exercise, combined with reduced/improved diet, results in weight loss. No miracle pills or gimmicks, just common sense applied in a very functional and accessible way.
I ordered P90 instead of P90X because I was starting from relative scratch at 39, and I knew I probably couldn't have handled P90X's rigor to start a program. Plus, the P90 workouts are a bit shorter (32 mins for circuit/resistance, 38 mins for cardio/abs). I purchased the product through Amazon prime, and had it in 2 days, as usual. I started and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the materials and production. The supplied resistance bands have proven sufficient for my to date (1 month in), and the resistance can be altered by how short you make them for each exercise. I may, however, switch to dumbbells for a few exercises. At first, I had difficulty with a few of the resistance exercises (usually in the amounts in the third set), and could not finish all of about 1/3 of the cardio moves, especially the second rounds. But, I have quickly caught up, and now can do just about everything to the max, and am about move up from level 1/2 to level 3/4.
One month in, I am down 19 lbs, and I feel worlds better. P90 is great because it takes minimal expense ($65) and inconvenience (I set up an old DVD and monitor in my garage) to do it. The supplied materials will help you with nutritional changes that will benefit the regimen, too. Tony Horton's training style is motivational, but not annoyingly so like many. It may not be easy, especially at first, but nothing worth doing ever is. Stick with it, and you WILL see results. Highly recommended.

Reef's rule the roost! (and at the beach!)
I have a pair of Reef "Fanning" sandals in Black, Brown, Brown/Plaid, White and an additional pair of reef sandals in black. They are the most comfortable, best sandal I have ever and will ever own. I am hooked, most likely the only sandal I'll ever wear.
Rating :
Please with the purchase
I am very pleased with the purchase of the Reef sandals. They are not as comfortable as I had hoped, but the convenience of the bottle opener on the bottom of the sandals makes it easy to overlook a LITTLE discomfort in the sandal. I would recommend these to a friend. They have been very popular among friends and family.

love these
i got these for my boyfriend and he loves them!! he is a big guy and has trouble finding a good fit in a shoe especially flip flop- he says these are the most comfortable shoe he has ever had. i will buy these again for sure!

Great Sandals
I ordered these after having a similar pair of black Reef sandals. Flat out, Reef makes the most comfortable sandals that are as good by the pool as they are on in the restaurant. Great product.
Rating :
Comfort with good looks
I like these sandals, they are comfortable right out of the box. The only thing that makes this pair of sandals a three star, is the stink of plastic that emits from these. Brand new and used, still waiting for that new toxic plastic smell to disappear. Maybe BP has something to do with the manufacture of these.

Aurorae is one of the most durable and easy to care for Yoga Mats. This Mat has been SGS approved the world's largest testing, inspection and Verification Company for certification and your safety. Free from Phthalates. AURORAE YOGI TIPS 1) Wash your mat down with a soft brush and a tablespoon of dishwashing liquid or detergent mixed with warm water then rinse off. I usually do this in the shower if I can't do it outside and hang over my shower rod to dry. Repeat if necessary. 2) Hang dry outside if possible. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER. 3) Another tip from a yogi was to mix white vinegar and warm water, about a 4 to 1 ratio and wipe your mat down with a sponge then let dry. 4) To keep your mat fresh and clean mix fresh lemon with water in a spray bottle. You can use this to naturally clean your mat while also giving it a fresh natural scent. Do as needed after use. 5) Wash your hands with soap and water before class to reduce any natural oils in your hands. 6) Do not use creams or oils on your hands or feet before your practice. 7) Always keep a cotton towel* (available by Aurorae) near you to wipe away any perspiration. 8) If necessary use an Aurorae Yoga Rosin Bag to absorb any perspiration and increase gripping power. Remember "It's Your Yoga" "Your Island of Peace and Tranquility"

Love this mat!
This is a fantastic mat. It is lovely to look at and feels great under the feet. Great Mat
This mat is a very good quality. It unrolled and stayed that way on the floor. Unlike cheaper mats that won't unroll. It's thick and does the job.

Good Mat, though kinda slippery when it is new. Great Service!
As it is claimed, this mat is very thick, which provides enough cushion for your knees. Also it does not have strong smell like some other yoga mats when they are new. The only concern is that it may be slipping at the beginning. I had trouble practicing on the mat when I first used it. But the customer service is great. He suggested me applying slip free rosin on my hands and feet before practicing and this worked great and did help stopping the slipping problem.
Rating :
Slip 'N Slide
While I love the looks, size and thickness of this mat, it's not sticky at all. I don't even practice hot yoga, yet every time I've taken this mat to a class, my experience was ruined by slipping during most of the poses. I've tried all the techniques suggested by the mfgr for breaking this mat it, to no avail. I'm not going to resort to using resin when I practice since there are plenty of mats out there that don't have this problem.

excellent carry bag for yoga mat
This bag is attractive and easy. The mat goes in without much fuss and the strap adjusts to perfect carrying. I haven't tried it on the bicycle yet but it feels like it will ride well. The pockets carry extra stuff without cramming (extra space and ease) and feel secure. Plus it looks neater than the light colored bags that have gotten a little dirty. My wife is making eyes at it and I don't think it's mine for long. She tried her wallet, a bulky thing, in it and if she puts her lip gloss in it, I'll have to get another.Aurorae Denim Yoga Mat Sak Bag. Customer Review :
Great deal
The bar itself is well made and does exactly what I expected. I weigh over 200 lbs and it feels solid when I use it in a doorway. It comes with J brackets to make it extra secure in the door frame. The only negative is that the directions are incomprehensible. I put it together by looking at the picture on the front of the box. The picture in the directions didn't have enough contrast to tell if the part was above or below the other parts. Other than the directions, though, everything else was perfect. I've used it for a few days and there's no marks on my woodwork, nor is it feeling any less solid than when I started using it.

Good, but could be better...
Product went together pretty well, though the bolts seemed to be a bit longer then they required (about 1/2" longer), so they stick out a bit. This isn't too much of a problem since they are on the bottom and don't get in the way. Also, a few of the nuts were difficult to fully tighten if you used the supplied wrench (need a socket or set of pliers to really tighten down).
Besides that, the product seems to sit on the door frame well and holds me up (190lbs) well without damage to the door frame.
Rating :
Meh
This product shipped in mint condition except for the screws and nuts that came with it. It seemed as though the metal on the nuts melted so that it was impossible to screw them on to the screws. Minimal problem but overall im satisfied.
Rating :
good but missing screws
I bought this for the p90x and it works fine, but it comes with some hook plates you screw into the wall above the door and some of the screws for that were missing. I use it without those plates and it works fine. I am occasionally nervous it's going to fall of the door frame, but so far it feels sturdy.
Rating :
Bottom line: This is the one that I would purchase again.
I bought this chin-up bar to go with the P90X fitness program. It seems to be identical to the [...] version ([...]) but about $30 less. It is sturdy, easy to put together, fits in the doorway easily and firmly, and supports my 175 pounds without budging. On the downside, it is bolted together with eight nuts and bolts, and according to the directions, there were to be two different sized bolts: All of the bolts were the same length, but some of them could have been shorter, and two of them were almost too short to attach one of the brackets. The spongy rubber collars for the handgrips are fragile. I will cover mine with cloth tape. Nonetheless, this is the one that I would purchase again.

Questions & Answers
Question : How much should i be exercising each week to lose weight?
I want to lose at least 12 lbs by the last week of March (which is when I'll be going to Europe). Right now, I'm 143ish and 5'6 and 16 years old. This is my current routine:2 days a week:50 min cardio and the Fitness Magazine Bikini body work out2-3 days a week:Just 50 min cardioI eat 1550-1700 calories a day.I kind of see results and I've been doing this for more than a month, but I would expect to see more by this time. So, should I amp up my exercise or lower my calorie intake?
Answer:
Eat normal, but cut out processed foods if you're eating any of that. The trick to exercise is not how often or long you do it, but how well you do it and how intense it is. You could exercise twice a week and really be eager to do it and lose more weight and get better results than you would running for an hour every day of the week.

Question : Advice for optimizing my workout program for tone and fitness?
Good evening all, For the last month or so I have been working out, relatively three times a week at about an hour a trip or more. I usually do a couple of machines for everything, and run 1.5 miles. I have been using a whey protein mix, and its been working well for me. The only problem is I am getting bulk, but no real tone or definition. So, I decided to embark on my own 60 day program at the gym. I picked up some Pro Performance AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 and Mega Men Extreme Athlete Vita pack after some research and price comparison. Great products to help me, but I realize I must also have an optimized diet and workout program in order to get anything out of these products. So this leads to my current plans and my question. My current workout plan is as follows:Pre-Workout(Mornings, before workout) :Basic warmups of simple exercises like push-ups, side hops, basically everything the Army has ever taught me for warming up.Workout(Shooting for 1.5 hours a day/7 days a week):Start with Cardio, a nice paced run for 1.5 miles to start and hoping to increase as the workout goes to 2.5 or possibly 3. Alternate between focusing on my legs one day(Overall legs) to the next day focusing on upper body, while spending each upper body day doing an extra set of reps on a specific muscle group(back, chest, shoulders, etc). My current plan is 15 reps x 3 with near max weight. I have been doing 25-35 reps and I was told by a friend that was too many reps at too much weight - I wasn't going to get toned. Free weights mixed with with machines.Afterworkout: Whey shake followed by simple stretches. Diet: My main focus of my diet is lean meat. Usually eggs or oatmeal at breakfast with fruit, maybe oatmeal or lean meat sandwhich for lunch with a fruit snack, and maybe a small dinner of turkey or chicken. Yes, I know it was a lot of information but I felt like in order to get good advice, I needed to provide details of what my current battle plan is. My question is, looking at my plans - what do I need to change in order to optimize my workout program?

Question : What would be the most suitable protein supplement for my circumstances?
I'm normally quite involved in my fitness. I have always been carrying some extra fat, but nothing dangerous or limiting. I'm male, about 5'10", 212lbs. I just turned 18 and I have always been on the larger-side of the build of my peers. I have recently gained an extra 10lbs-ish due to a 2-week period of inactive laziness. I've completely turned around, though, and am on a circuit-strength-training routine, involving core training, and exercises like jumping jacks, calisthenics, skipping and running (jogging, sprinting, hills, etc). I balance it so that on days that I am not doing my circuit training I am exercising with the said cardiovascular and anaerobic exercises. I also designate rest days to allow healing and growth. I am also stretching daily. My diet has changed, and I am eating more or less 6 small-ish meals a day, rather than 3 large ones. I am getting to bed before 10:00pm each night and I am gradually balancing my schooling with my new life of fitness. With these details out of the way, I bring myself back to the question I now have: "What would be the most suitable protein supplement for my circumstances?"For the record, I have quite a significant amount of muscle-weight. I am a very strong individual, and so I realize that I should only be focusing on cutting-fat, as the muscle is already underneath, 'waiting' to be seen. However, rather than focus on just fat-loss, I want to embrace rapid muscle growth (be it by mass or strength) to further produce results, as well as to help with my dieting. In other words, I want a protein supplement that will help me produce lean-muscle faster than I would without the help. However, I do not want to be gaining 'water-weight', which can happen quite often enough with certain supplements like creatine. I know a fair amount when it comes to metabolism, heart rates, biology (at a molecular level) and exercise science in general (kinesiology), and from what I know, I think that I need a protein supplement that will provide me with the right amino acids to centralize on muscle growth and repair, as from what I understand, those same types of peptides will be digested and contribute to me feeling more 'full', helping me adjust to my 6-small meals a day.I have looked into something called AMP Whey Protein, by GNC, and it seems pretty good, though I would love to have some other opinions. Please tell me what you would recommend, and please feel free to share some of your own experiences with different supplements and what you thought about them. Much thanks in advance!
Answer:
Protein powder is protein powder. The small differences between casein and whey and not worth the paralysis the analysis might cause. Stay away from GNC. WAYYY overpriced. Buy off the internet. trueprotein.com is greatYou have to make a decision. Cut or add lean mass. Remember, we gain muscle better at lower bodyfat ranges. If you're above 15%, I say cut.

Question : What would be a good mile time for me?
So i'm fairly fit in most senses in that i excercise daily and am pretty much at my ideal weight, but in terms of cardiovascular fitness, i'm quite unfit, in that i don't jog or run very much. This is mostly due to an ankle injury...buuuut that's not important at all. I'm an otherwise athletic male, of ideal weight, quite short ( 5'4'' ), just starting back to cardio after nearly a year. I've decided to amp up all my exercise routines since i have some more free time, and add in cardio finally. My question is: what would be a good time for a mile? every time i ask someone they're like... ' oh, well 6-7 mins is pretty good' but to me that seems very fast. I was barely getting close to that before my injury. I'm thinking my height would effect my times a lot too...So what do you think i should aim for as a good mile on my jog later? 10 mins? 12? should i listen to my friends and aim for 7!??
