Wonderful stopwatch

This stopwatch is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to use and (this may sound odd) easy to find.

Great product at good price point.

I bought this product for measuring time for a science contest. Based upon previous reviews, it seemed like a good choice at a reasonable price. The product worked as expected and had a nice feel in the hand to use. The display was big and bright enough to clearly view on a sunny day outdoor. Really no complaints so far. I did find out that I could purchase the same product at a local sporting goods store for a similar price as amazon but with sales tax amazon was a slightly better deal.

Awesome little stopwatch!

This is a great stopwatch. Before buying it, I was debating whether to get one of those really expensive models that can do all sorts of special things. But then I realized all I needed was a simple stopwatch, and I bought this model.

It looks great, and, more importantly, it works great. Great product for the price!

Works fine for me

I just wanted an inexpensive, but water resistant stopwatch for casually working out and get an idea of progress. This one is easy to use and read. I haven't had it long, so I can't speak for it's durability or longevity. I'm guessing if its that important to you, you might want to look for something a bit more expensive. I can't say I think it is shoddy workmanship and doesn't look really cheap. If you're a connoisseur or seriously training for a major event, it might not do the job for you. But for just casual use, I think it's perfectly fine.

Very disappointed

When I was ordered this product- I was very excited. It had a large screen, easy to carry and had a lot of functions (i.e. lap, split, countdown).
I bought mainly for the countdown feature- to time myself during exercising.

The first couple of weeks were really satisfying. I loved this watch.

Then, one of the days going for the run in the morning, the watch started beeping and showing 88:88. It was so annoying. I could not stop the beeping until I opened the back with a screwdriver and removed the battery.

Needing a countdown watch, later I went to the supermarket in my town and bough TAYLOR kitchenwatch- which has none of the problems above.

I suggest you don't buy this item, because it's made cheap in China ( no offense) - which is not obvious from the picture, but clear when you touch the product.

If you are looking for a countdown watch- go to the nearest supermarket- Walmart,etc. and just buy a kitchen watch.

If you are looking for lap, split timer- buy a better-known brands such as Timex, Accusplit etc.

Overall, I'm pleased with the timer. It has a bit of a 'cheap' feel to it, and it is a bit bigger than I expected; however, it's simple to use...except, I can't figure out how to turn it off. Can anyone clue me in? Thanks...

Great Value

I purchased this stopwatch to use while coaching my daughter's soccer team. The countdown timer w/ alarm works great for timing substitution periods during games, and for drills. It's really easy to use, inexpensive. I'm very pleased with the purchase. (Also, since purchasing it, I've noticed my teeth are whiter and my breath is fresher. I'm even growing hair again!)

A solid buy

Before buying the ACCUSPLIT Pro Survivor, I had purchased another brand which I had to return, because the button action was very inconsistent. I read the reviews on the Pro Survivor before I bought it and it is exactly as advertised. One thing worth noting is that it does not make a beeping sound when the buttons are depressed, which I knew ahead of time. However, the button action makes a clicking sound and the action is so good that there is no doubt whether the button was pushed or not. I bought the Pro Survivor to mount on my knee-board for use during my instrument training as a pilot. The big display helps me see it from a distance with clarity. Overall a good buy.

Good Product

This is a no nonsense stop watch that is as described. It will split time once, or multiples one at a time. So if you want to be able to split more than one at the same time, look for something else. The construction is good, the warranty is great! And it is extremely easy to read.

It's a stop watch

What can I say... it's a stop watch. This is your basic stop watch and works just fine. We have been using ours to do time studies on the production floor and have yet to have any problems with them.

Great for keeping up with how long she's practiced her music

My wife is a professional musician. She uses this stopwatch to keep up with the amount of time she devotes to practicing her music.

She likes the large display and the large buttons that are easy to push. The previous stop watch I purchased for her failed fairly quickly. Hopefully this one will last for a while.

Good for timing rest in between sets.

Works for me. I just use it to time my rest period in between sets at the gym. I chose this over a wristwatch because I hate lifting weights with stuff on my wrist. This sits comfortably around my neck and the buttons on it are very easy to press. This is perfect if you are looking for something to take to the gym.

one word: simple!!

I wanted a simple way to time myself running/walking and track my progress over time. I need reading glasses (not a good thing to have on when you're running) so I was looking for a stopwatch that simply had a start timing and stop timing ~ no fancy gizmos that I was NEVER going to use.....this is it! Simple, simple, simple, well constructed, inexpensive, perfect. Hit the right hand button, it starts timing, hit it again, it stops, hit the left hand button and it resets to zero ~ that's it, that's all. I'm very happy with my purchase ~ it was exactly what I was looking for.

Great Stopwatch

I teach spin - I am 60 so my eyesight in a dim room is not the best! I can time the intervals well on this as it has large numerals so I can tell my class exactly how long they will be working at heart attack city before I allow them to rest for a couple of seconds. Easy to use. I am non-techie - sometimes have to ask my husband how to turn the TV on ("well get this remote control and press tivo then press devices for the speakers then rewire the blue ray through the multi region dvd" etc). Anyway, the stopwatch is simple and it is effective.

No bells and whistles, just works

I needed a stop watch without any bells and whistles (literally) as I am using it for recording voice overs. The 410 is very simple to use, has large buttons and a big display. Its just what I needed and at a very reasonable price. I recommend it highly.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

If I could give this product a zero, I would! I have ordered so many things online and have been pleased with them and if I wasn't there was no problem with returns. I bought these stopwatches just over a year ago to use in my classroom. Two broke the first time my students used them. The rest are now all dead - one year of battery life after three uses? Give me a break! Do not buy these, spend a few cents more and get a different brand. The most disappointing fact is that I bought these for my class with my own money and they were useless!

Not for regular use.

I purchased these to use in my classroom for regular use: checking fluency, timing speeches. They work well for a bit and then the buttons start to stick and ultimately stop responding.

Great Deal!

I ordered this set of 6 timers to use in my sixth grade classroom and they came in just a few days! They are easy to use, and the 6 different colors make them easy to find and keep track of.

Best used for toys

I was looking to use these for a 5k we are hosting and when they came in I was surprised at how cheap the are built! They are little better than toys. One of them either doesn't work or has a dead battery already. I'll need to use them this year but I doubt they will last until next year let alone through the race. Very disappointed for the amount I spent on them.

Stop Watches

Stopwatches were ordered for a work project. One of them broke within the first week, however I am VERY pleased with the product overall. Will most likely order more for future use. I would definitely recommend them!
