2XU Triathlon Transiton Bag 2XU Triathlon Transiton Bag
Price : $125.00 $105.00

Average Customer Rating :

Editorial Review :

The 2XU transition bag is a considerable amount large than the 2XU back and the size of the bag roughly 60cm (height) x 35cm (width) x 20cm (depth). The bag is the ultimate training bag for any triathlete but is not limited to these customers and could also be used by many consumers as an everyday gym bag or large travel backpack. The bag is extremely well made, durable and looks fantastic.2

Customer Review :

Worst triathlon product I have ever purchased.

Unlike other 2xu products I've purchased, the triathlon bag is absolutely garbage. Within weeks the zipper broke, mesh pocket fell apart, and shoe storage fabric is tearing.

Questions & Answers
Question : How to get my 8 week old to sleep in a pack n play on vacation?
We are going to the beach for a week and I am worried that my 8 week old will not be able to sleep in his pack n play. We have a wonderful bedtime routine and he sleeps through the night in his crib and goes down with little to no fussing. I have been trying to put him in the pack n play for naps and he just screams the whole time. Any advice for making the transition easier for him??

Answer:
Keep the room dark and put him to bed tired, maybe he won't notice as much as he does during naps when it's light outside. Use his familiar items (i.e. blankie, sleep sheep, noisemaker etc) to help. Mine can only nap in her crib but on trips she somehow manages to sleep at night in the pack ne play without a problem. Good luck.

Question : Can anyone help me with my transition to Japan?
My friends and I are planning to move to Japan as soon as we graduate. But I need to know somethings about Japan before I even start packing. Is it possible to "immigrate" and live there forever or do you only get a travlers visa or student card? Where do you go to register? What do you do to get an apartment? Can you list a few websites that have Japanese translations or a website that can teach you how to speak the language? And a website that can tell me about traditions and customs in Japan. Any and all information will be helpful! Thanks!I Live In Germany and I have 3 years to prepare for my move....

Answer:
♡Well, you can't 'just move' to Japan without a specific visa. You may visit Japan though. The length of time will depend on your nationality. Take a look here:List of Countries and Regions That Have Visa Exemption Arrangements with Japanhttp://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/02.html#aYou can stay here longer if you have a specific visa. Ex. working visa, student visa, cultural visa...You can check about visas here:http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/01.htmlThis will help you all out. It's a little difficult for foreigners to get an apartment, but not impossible. You need a few months rent paid in advance, a job, bank account... Occasionally you might need a guarantor to sign for you. It depends on the place. Lots of sites you can start looking from home to get an idea of price, location... Here's one for starters:http://www.tokyoapartments.jp/Traditions and customs in Japan:http://www.explorejapan.com/jculture.htmhttp://www.amphi.com/~psteffen/fmf/culture.htmhttp://w ww.japaneselifestyle.com.au/culture/culture.htmlThese might be helpful too:http://www.jnto.go.jp/eng/arrange/essential/index.htmlhttp://www.tcvb.or.jp/en/guide/guidetop.ht mlhttp://www.thejapanfaq.com/Hope this helps and I hope you can follow your dream and make it to Japan. I love it here! Good luck!♡

Question : Sims 2 age transition with NPCs help ?
I have all of the sims 2 expansion packs except Bon voyage, so i am now able to take up to three NPCs with me on an age transition, but i sent 4 of my sims to college and i wasn't given the option to bring the NPCs with me. Does that mean that those NPC sims will just stay as a teenager or will i get the option when the "young adult" lifestage is over to bring teenagers with me?Actually is there any way to get an NPC friend to come to college while my sim is still a young adult? Thanks in advance

Answer:
You know, I've noticed that too. Seems kind of pointless to try to make a "lifelong" friend and have to leave them behind in order to go to college. But I've played a couple of generations of Sims since I had that capability (that came with Free Time, right? or was it pets?) and I've always had to leave them behind when I left for college. And I'm fairly certain I wasn't given the opportunity after college to turn those teens into adults. Don't know if there is a patch or if it's even considered a glitch or if maybe I don't know my way around it. I'll keep researching and keep you informed!

Question : Was a heavy drinker, possibly alcoholic - quit 3 months ago - depressed - how to transition to normal life?
I have been a heavy drinker/binge drinker for much of my 20s and 30s and since being married have been drinking almost daily to excess - about a six-pack of beer or too much hard liquor or wine most days per week after work. I used it to escape from the stress of my job and my wife did too - it was a big part of ou rlife. Then all of a sudden I quit drinking on my own - was just sick of it and was worried about my health, and my wife's pregnancy and her quitting drinking made it an easy decision to quit since we always got drunk together in the past and now she had quit. So yes I have quit, and have gotten past the phase of desiring it (that was a hard phase - driving home without picking up a six pack of beer!), but now I am bored and depressed and anxious a lot. Mainly a heavy depression - an emptiness. My questions are, how does an alcoholic/abuser make the transition to a sober life and not be depressed/anxious. I cannot take antidepressants - bad reactions to them.

Answer:
Alright you probably are not going to like this answer but have you ever considered Alcholics Anonymous? I know it sound bad and boring but honey believe me its sister program Narcotics Anonymous saved my life. I would have been dead by now. If you can't take anti-depressants you can still always go to see a counselor if you feel that you don't want to go to Alcholics Anonymous. I will tell you this if you would go and give it at least three meetings and your wife could go with you too since you were drinking partners, it may make both of you feel better about yourselves. You may not feel as depressed as all of the people there are like you they are either heavy drinkers of alcholics. Talking to other people that have or have had the same problems as you may make some of the depression go away. I can almost guarantee to you that the emptiness will go away too, and it will definately help you make that very hard transition to a normal life that you have forgotten what feels like. Now you said that you can't take anti-depressants but you did not say that you cannot take anti-anxiety pills such as Klonapin, Xanax or Ativan. The anxiety that you are feeling I would imagine (because I had a boyfriend that was an alcholic) is the shakes. They too will go away with time. I beg you honey find the nearest AA Meeting and go to it you will feel so much better, I have been to AA and NA and they are both the same 12 step meetings just laid out a little different for a drug addict and an alcholic. Give it at least three meetings please, try and do it for your new baby that is coming if for nothing else. If you would like to chat you can e-mail me at Shinningstar33160@yahoo.com God Bless you and good luck to you, your wife and that new bundle of joy.

Question : Trying to transition my baby from our bed to his crib or pack and play. Last night was a disaster. What now?
He will be eight weeks old on Wednesday and has been primarily sleeping in our bed since he was born. We tried the pack and play and he hated it ... except during nap times and even then that was a hit and miss. We tried his crib (which is in his room at the front of the house) and he hated it. We would sleep in the guest room (which is right next to his room) and listen in the with the monitor. I am totally against co-sleeping and figured it was a bad idea to start him on sleeping with us, but I was aiming for convenience so I went ahead with it. Well, now, I have decided to transition him to sleeping in his crib or the pack and play. We'd tried it off and on during the past few weeks but wasn't consistent with it. Yesterday, I gave him a bath ... a bottle ... and put him in his crib. He slept for a few hours, squirming and grunting in between as usual, and then woke up a few hours later. My husband fed him and he was up until around 3 a.m. when I woke up to him crying. My husband was in the living room trying to soothe him. He fed him around 7:30 a.m. Around 8:30 a.m., I got him, took him to his room, closed the door, turned lights off and left the night light on, and stayed with him until he was sleep. I put him in his crib and he slept for an hour and then all hell broke loose. He was SO sleepy he didn't know what to do with himself. He would whine and eventually start crying when I put him back down in his crib. I would wait to see if he would calm down but he didn't. I laid my hand on him to reassure him but that didn't help. He cried, kicked and flailed his hands. I picked him up and started the process again. I would give him his pacifier and he would suck it for a couple of minutes, then spit it out or pull it out of his mouth ... and then whine for me to put it back in there and then do it all over again! He fell asleep in my arms several times and I'd wait but he'd wake up WITHIN MINUTES of me putting him down.He literally drove me nuts last night but I was determined not to put him in my bed. So eventually, around 10 a.m. he went to bed. I held him until he went to sleep and put him in the pack and play and he actually slept for several hours. I think the only reason he did was because he was worn out. Now today, he was at my mom's while I was out and was sleep when I picked him up. He's in the pack and play now, but I am dreading what is to come tonight. He wakes every one hour to two and half hours (usually around 2 a.m.) during the night and wears us OUT! I dread nightime.Any help?

Answer:
Your little guy has his nights & days mixed up! The times he is waking at night sounds like an eating schedule. He is hungry!! What you need to do is feed him a lot more during the day. He is still little & probably going through growth spurts too. So feed him every 2-3 hrs during the day (breastfeed about 30mins)Ideally babies crave for a schedule routine. Start your morning off at 7am and follow a routine through the entire day. Feed him, play with him, put him to sleep over & over again. When it comes to dinner time (6pm) start winding down, dim the lights, turn on soft music, turn OFF the tv, give him a good feed, bath him, swaddle him, lay him in his bed (awake, but sleepy) when he starts to fuss, go to him, leave the lights off, put in his paci, put your hand firmly on his tummy and give him the "Shusssh, shussh, shusssh", several times until he settles. Walk away, if he fusses again, go back in do it again. This should take about 20mins. BUT it may take longer, so have your partner help you.Ideally you want your baby to feed every 2-3hrs during the day to sustain him to sleep 5-6hrs at night. As he gets older - his feeds during the day will go to 3-4hrs and his night sleep 6-7hrs and it just gets better from there. But you have to make sure his "tank" is full - so let him cluster feed before dinner time if he wants. Sometimes I would grab my water bottle, my pillow & plunk myself on the couch for 2hrs constantly feeding!! Just follow your baby's cues he'll tell you what he wants! Good luck!PS - if you can help it try not to let him "cry it out" you want your child to trust you. By moving him from your warm bed to a crib all alone & in a dark dark room, he already knows you're gone - why make it worst by not going to him when he cries! By letting him know you are there - he will trust you and sleep knowing you haven't left him.

Question : How to make the transition from vegitarian to vegan?
I'm thirteen and have been a vegitarian for about a year. I want to become a vegan, but my diet lately has been going down hill. I've been eating mc.donalds for breakfast bread and a cookie for lunch and taco-bell for dinner. My mom does not cook, so I need things that are pre-packed or easy to pepare, or even fresh.I'm not picky. What shall I buy and do you have any diet tips? Also what are some ingredients that are animal derived?

Answer:
Since your only 13 and still growing, you should probably speak to your folks first and maybe contact a good nutritionist. Learn to experiment with recipes and ingredient. And borrow or buy some good vegan cook books. I like 125 Best Vegan Recipes by Maxine Effinson. Stay in touch with other vegans. I don't know any other vegans so Yahoo is great for staying in touch. Subscribe to newletters to stay up to date. Try veganoutreach they are great. Make sure you stay healthy and get the right nutrients. Do lots of research, so you know what you need to stay healthy.Good luck. =)

Question : How can I help my grandmother's transition to a nursing home?
My grandmother and I are very close; I'm her only family member. In order to get a decent job in my field, I've lived more than 5000 miles away for almost 3 years now, but we're still close. She's 86 and lived on her own for the past 17 years, but a medical condition has caused her to have to move into a nursing home. She's still in the hospital and unsure of when the move will occur; I'm returning to my hometown to help with this transition and pack up her apartment. My question is, what can I do to make this change easier on her? She's fully aware of what's happening and reluctantly agrees it's what needs to happen, but obviously not happy about it....I hate to see her unhappy and want to help her adjust as much as I can. Helping her move and taking some time off work is just helping with the transition, what can I do to make this easier on her in the long term?

Answer:
Make sure the clothes she will be taking are named and she has a marking pen of her own so that her stuff doesn`t go missing or end up in someone else`s wardrobe. (make sure she has lots of underware and nighties) As space will be limited she will only be able to take the things that she treasures the most, although exclude any valuables such as antiques or jewellery (which you could keep safe for her) unless she has pieces she regularly wears. (and they should be entered on an inventory of items admitted with her) She should take her photo albums, and any pictures, ornaments or nicknack's that would make her room seem more `homely` to her. She could also take a favourite chair if she has one and cushions and curtains. Her own bedding (named) if it will fit a single bed and a mobile phone would be a good idea with plenty of credit so that you can get straight through to her when you phone and she could phone you if she wanted to. It`s not an easy transition for many people but hopefully she will adapt and encounter nice kind care staff that will treat her with the respect, compassion and dignity she deserves.

Question : Glass Transition Tempreatures and Melting Points of Polymers (Tg and Tm)?
Can anyone tell me (in detail) why do polymers shatter when are frozen below glass transition temperature in terms of kinetic energy and crystalline and amorphous regions. Also why do certain polymers such as PET and PEN have a big gap in melting point when the intermolecular forces between them are just the same (in terms of how they pack together and how Van der Walls forces act on them)

Answer:
There is no relationship between the glass transition point and crystalline melt point for a given polymer. Tg is a function of the mobility of the polymer chains, Tm is a function of intermolecular interaction and repeat unit stereo regularity. The naphthalene group of PEN does indeed stiffen the polymer chain, but if you build a model of a couple repeat units, you will see that the naphthalene groups also interfere with the dipole-dipole interaction of the ester carbonyls, at least compared to the para-phenyl group of PET.As for crystallinity, it does strengthen the polymer, but at the same time makes it more brittle. In any crystalline substance, a force applied in the direction of a lattice can produce a micro crack; but for an amorphous polymer, there is no lattice for a crack to propagate. The best way to study these effects is by Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA); I would check out some literature on this subject. Highly theoretical.

Question : How can I transition my daughter from her bassinet to her crib?
My 2 month old has been sleeping in our room in her Pack n Play bassinet since she was born. She only has about 1 lb left to grow before she is too big for it, though, so I need to get her in her crib. Every time I lay her in the crib, she wakes right up.My mom suggested putting the pad from the Pack n Play in the crib, but beyond that, I have no idea how to get her to sleep in there!

Answer:
I had this problem too and what I did to solve was swaddle the baby before putting her down. I think the reason she didnt like the crib at first was because it was such an open less "safe feeling" space considering they r being cramped in the womb and then again in the bassinet I bet they really miss this closeness when u try to trsansition, but like I said swaddling sloved this problem right away. Good Luck

Question : Which comedic "Bumpkin" made the most believable transition to Action Star. Keanu Reeves or Brendan Fraser?
Keanu Reeves started out playing clueless "Beach Dopes" but movies like Point Break and Speed turned that around and he became a more serious action actor. Speed was one of the top 5 movies of 94.Meanwhile, Brendan Fraser played "Jethro Like" man child characters for quite a while in romantic comedies. But after the success of the Mummy he became a 13 million dollar man in the action packed sequel.Which guy made the most believable transition from "Duffus" to "Daredevil"?

Answer:
you said it yourself....all brenden fraser did was have the good fortune of starring in the mummy. that movie did wonders for not only his career, but the rock got a spinoff movie as well. the movie was so good, in fact, that it is now a trilogy. but its still only one movie. keanu, on the other hand, starred in several action flicks....one of which was a top 5 movie in 94. let us not forget that he also has his own successful trilogy to boast about. and unlike fraser, who has been pigeon holed into only doing mummy movies for the last few years, keanu has done several different jobs. i believe i saw a trailor at the theaters for a new flick he has coming out later this year. as far as im concerned, brenden has some catching up to do before he is on keanu's level.
