Looking to improve your course management skills? Turn to the uPro golf GPS system, which employs state-of-the-art GPS, aerial, and satellite technology to accurately render the details of thousands of golf courses. The uPro starts by providing the avid golfer with aerial and satellite photographs of the golf course, so you can see what the hole looks like before you play it. At the same time, the unit's built-in GPS system clearly locates the golf course hazards and flagstick, so you know what you're up against at any moment. With each glance at the 2.2-inch, high-resolution color screen, you can see a different view of the fairway, check out the upcoming sand traps and water hazards, or receive a distance marker that helps you select the correct club length. Even more impressive, the uPro's SmartView technology anticipates the hazards that you'll face on your next shot, so you can plan accordingly based on the strengths of your game. Don't want to carry water on your second shot? The SmartView technology's dynamically generated "viewports" will tell you which area of the fairway or rough will provide a water-free path.
The uPro offers aerial and satellite photographs of thousands of golf courses. |
The easy-to-comprehend user-interface is crisp and intuitive. | The uPro is remarkably easy to carry, with a sleek and unobtrusive design that fits in a pocket or belt holder without interfering with your natural golf swing. In addition, the unit has the quickest startup time of any golf GPS system, with a super-fast GPS locking system. And thanks to the high GPS sensitivity, the uPro remains locked even under the most extreme conditions. The uPro offers two basic modes for golf course downloads. In Basic mode, the uPro shows the distance to the front and back of all hazards and differentiates the type of hazards. Each hazard is automatically displayed in sequential order based on the current user position, and then is updated as the user moves throughout the hole. Basic mode also provides a green view, with large, easy-to-read numbers that depict the distance to the front, center, and back of the green. In Pro mode, meanwhile, the device offers a video flyover that lets the user see the layout of the hole from an aerial perspective. From the center of the green, users can see the 100-, 150-, and 200-yard markers. The Pro mode also offers scale-accurate measurements that are used to measure to and from any point on the golf course, even from the outskirts of the rough. The uPro is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and Mac OS X v10.4 or later (Windows 2000 is the oldest version of Windows that is compatible with the uPro). However, note that the uPro does not require any additional software to connect with the uPro servers. Instead, users can easily download golf courses at uPro's web site. Once you're online, the web site gives the user a list of all golf courses in the U.S.--in your choice of Basic or Pro mode--on a click-and-buy basis. The unit's GPS technology also automatically determines which courses are nearby. And as an add-on software download, the device can accept voice commands to make menu navigation virtually hands-free. The uPro comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, a wall adapter, a USB cable, and a single free Pro mode download of any golf course. The device comes with a six-month warranty.
Customer Review :
Highly Functional Golf GPS
Callaway uPro was an upgrade from the Nikon laser rangefinder I've used for four years. The Nikon proved to be helpful and was a good value but I wanted the advanced features offered by a GPS unit. After playing a few rounds with uPro I'm very pleased with its functionality. Only one problem, which I'll discuss later, kept me from giving it 5 stars.
I downloaded the User Manual while waiting for the unit to arrive and was familiar with the unit before I opened the box. Initial setup was easy, although I had to do a couple extra steps as mentioned in the manual to get started in Vista. Downloaded my home course using the free credits. Plan to buy 20 courses worth of credits and have a list of 10 I'll be downloading soon.
The built-in video was of limited value since I'd already read the manual. But being able to preview my home course in the comfort of my recliner certainly made things easier when I played my first actual round. I turned down the backlight to 30%, left auto hole change with prompt, and eventually settled on "normal" power save. I turned off flyover and would most likely only use it to preview a new course. I think during play it will take too much time.
Basic Mode is adequate for at least half my playing time, especially on my home course. I love the Mark function to measure shot length and it's already helping me with club selection. Switching to Pro mode is quick and easy. Very useful when dealing with blind shots or holes with a lot of hazards. Measure works great and takes the guesswork out of layups. Not having doubts about exactly how far to hit on a layup makes a good swing a lot easier. Knowing the exact distance to front, middle and back helps greatly. My playing partners have commented on how much closer I'm hitting to pins already. Although our course was lasered several years ago, I've found a couple 150 stakes are off by nearly 5 yards. No wonder I was always short when relying on them.
Having played many rounds with people using other GPS brands, I was concerned about time to get an accurate yardage. With uPro I can wake it from sleep mode when I reach my ball and have a yardage within 5 seconds. And the final yardage will not be more than 2 yards different than the first reading. I've seen other brands take nearly 30 seconds to stabilize. That's annoying and disrupts my playing tempo. Huge plus to uPro for its speed.
I mentioned one problem. The first time out I played 9 practice holes to get used to the unit. I had a match scheduled that afternoon and planned to use uPro. To conserve power I shut it down for 50 minutes. When I powered back up it had no courses in memory. Had to play the match without uPro and was not happy. Once home I called tech support. They warn you it could take 15 minutes to get an available tech rep. I waited about 10 minutes. But he was patient and talked me through the procedure to reset memory. It's a multi step procedure which involves removing and installing the battery a couple times and the memory chip, but it worked. Could be done at the club but would be annoying if it were a frequent problem. So far I haven't had another incident, but that is why I didn't give it a 5 star rating.
Overall I'm delighted with uPro. I would recommend it a friend.

Callaway uPro - switching back to SkyCaddie
I was tired of the annual fees for the SkyCaddie, so I ponied up and purchased the new Callaway uPro. I was really interested in the overhead satellite views. Yes, you have to pay extra for the satellite images, but it was only once (per course) and it was yours forever. Before you buy - ensure ALL the courses you're interested in are available now! Two courses I play regularly are not available in ProMode (overhead view) and one isn't even available in Basic Mode. I've emailed the Tech Support team repeatedly, asking why they advertise they add "a thousand" courses every month, yet these haven't been added. It's been more than six months and I'm still waiting... The response from Tech Support was that they purchase the satellite imagery and it wasn't available for these courses. These aren't local muni courses, the first course are designed by Jim Engh (Four Mile Ranch) and was voted as a Top 100 New Courses in 2008 (I believe) in Golf Digest and the other is Sumo Golf Village, done by Gary Player. Ok, but let's assume your local course is available - how's it do?!? My home course has 36 holes on it. One of the courses is pretty accurate. The other is off on several holes, some as much as 12-14 yards. That's a huge difference. I took the time to record several rounds, GPS vs Yardage Markers and sent them to Callaway's uPro Customer Service. A few weeks later, I received an email saying it was being forwarded to the Mapping Department...well, another two weeks have come and gone - no reply/response from the Mapping folks. I've read people marveling about the accuracy of this device, so I took it to the local muni course. Most holes were accurate, but two of the 18 holes were off by 10+ yards. I thought about emailing Callaway, but what's the point? They don't respond. So - yesterday, I put my Callaway uPro on E-bay to get rid of it. Ironically enough, during a golf tournament, I won the Callaway uPro Go. I haven't even taken it out of the box. It'll be going on E-Bay as well. I'm switching back to my SkyCaddie and paying the annual fee. The whole reason I bought a GPS is because I didn't want to guess about distances, but the "advanced" GPS capabilities of these units - has me doing exactly that. I find myself walking to the 200 or 150 yard makers, seeing what the GPS says, then doing the math to add/subtract the yardage and do it again when I'm at my ball. Nonsense if you ask me.
I also had the issue about my data card becoming corrupt after a failed download. Customer support was quick to let me know my device was out of warranty. Fortunately, I figured it out myself. One final note - I was thrilled with the overhead view of the course, with real satellite imagery. Very cool..but to be honest, after a few times - I don't use it. It's more of a novelty. I just want to know how far it is to the bunker or to carry it, or front/middle/back of the green. When you have the Pro Mode for a course, you can do the typical "how far to the flag" with the cross hairs, but it's a clunky interface. I preferred the SkyCaddie version better. In summary, I'm disappointed with the inaccuracy of the uPro. The Customer Support had a bit of an attitude when I contacted them. When you spend almost $400 for a gadget like this, I expect better. I would have expected this type of service from the Swammi Golf GPS for $99.

Very poor user guide
I am the son-in-law of someone who got this as a gift. I was called in to help set this up because he was having issues. There is a typo in the user guide. The first time setup URL that is required for this to work is not what is published in the user guide and what is published online on the PDF manual.
If your are on the product team at the company who makes this for Callaway, save the son-in-laws of the world some hassle and have the URL that is published in the user guide redirect to the correct page.
At least 3 of my father in laws buddies have returned this product and he would too had I not provided customer service for you.

uprogo
The uprogo gps does everything it advertises and does it well. It met all of my expectations. I called tech support and had to wait a few minutes to get someone, but they answered all my questions and were thorough. I also asked to have a course that I play which was not listed to be mapped. Within two weeks, the course was entered in their list and although it was not yet mapped, it is in the que. Also the tech support call center was a US based call center with people that speak english. After 5 hours in a Microsoft Indian call center recently, this is a major determinant in any product that I purchase in the future. Overall, this is a 5 star product.

My 2nd Golf GPS -- Love it !
This is my 2nd golf GPS. My first was the Golf Guru 002 which I thought was a pretty good unit. After using the uPro Go for one round, I'm very happy I've moved on. I am a 5-handicap so accurate, timely information is very important to me.
First off, I refuse to pay an annual subscription for a sky caddie and would never pay for individual courses (uPro Regular) -- I play too many different courses and I like to play in different states too. I also believe in having as much information as possible as long as it is easy to get to while playing. I do see the benefit of having full hole mappings (garmin G5, etc), especially on courses that are new to me. That being said, I'm not willing to pay double for that little extra bit of info. I also want a unit to be as small as possible (cell phone size is as big as I'm interested in) because I like to keep the unit in my back pocket.
The uPro Go has a great value proposition since it is pretty inexpensive (I paid $150 with Go-mode activated post rebate) and it's pretty feature rich for the $$$. I love Go-mode -- the right mix of important info and the flexibility to move the pin to the right spot. The graphics are great. The shape of the green and traps around the green make the info worthwhile. My previous golf GPS (Guru 002) had Intelligreen but the graphics were so weak that putting the pin in the proper spot was not possible. I also never trusted the accuracy of the Guru's reading to the pin since I would often measure the distance to the pin w/my Bushnell laser rangefinder and find the Guru off by 5-10 yards. Therefore, I had to carry my Rangefinder in addition to the GPS for pin-distance info. I cross referenced the uPro Go on most holes today and found it's yardages to be spot on w/my laser. It could just be that the course I played today was mapped better than the Guru's so I'll have to play a few others with the laser/GPS combo as well before I leave the laser in my trunk.
Here are my pros/cons so far:
Pros - Size is awesome -- actually smaller than my HTC Hero Cell phone - Screen is great -- very readable on the course (not sure why anyone is having issues) - Go Mode -- fantastic. I think it's a very average GPS without Go Mode. Well worth the $50. - Accuracy is great so far - Course availability here in Colorado is great - I couldn't find any courses that I play that aren't already mapped. - Cost is very reasonable - Pretty intuitive interface -- easy to go from Hazard Mode to Go-mode. - Was a little tricky the first time I wanted to load the course I played ... - Auto hole advance works most of the time - Unit build quality seems very solid - Very easy to mark your shots for distance tracking - I like the joystick -- not sure why others dislike - Syncs easily with my Macbook Pro (Snow leopard)
Cons - Would like to see scorekeeping on the unit - Would like a hole view option - Hazard info a little spotty (front/back of the trap/water is open to interpretation as to where they mapped it) - Battery life may be iffy (not sure if I can get two full rounds -- had 40% left after one round) - When you move the pin on the green in Go-mode, the other info around the green disappears (Why ??)
All-in-all, I'm happy with my purchase so far. Hopefully, Callaway will add some more useful features in the future. I'm not sure why Callaway doesn't just add $50 to the price tag and sell it with Go-Mode already activated (or just ditch the rebate). Without Go-Mode, the unit is similar in technology to devices that are 3+ years old. I'll try to update my review in a couple months after I've had more experience with the unit and played more courses.

CALLAWAY UPRO GO GPS
Bought the Callaway UPro Go GPS from Amazon about a month ago. Used it at my home course a couple of times and it worked great. Went to use it this weekend and it would not turn on even though the battery was fully charged. Called Amazon and they sent me a UPS return label via email and sent out a new unit right away. Hopefully the first one was defective and this new one will not have the same problem.

Great little GPS. I have friends with Golf Buddies and Sky Caddies. Ranges of all of these are within a yard. The size is great, fits easily in a pocket. No problem reading in the sun.
Sometimes it seems to struggle locking into a reading. My friends with Golf Buddies have the same problem. My friend with a Sky Caddy claims he doesn't. But for the cost savings and ease of use (all courses are preloaded) I can put up with a slight problem.

Garmin SG5
I have read all the comparisons on this product and it surprises me the different opinions. I did purchase the product but was very disappointed in its performance. It wasn't because of the touch screen, color or the resolution; it was because it doesn't automatically tell you how far you are to the green. After you hit your drive, the unit places a ball between the Tee and the green. You have to touch the screen to get the distance. If you don't touch the screen on the ball, you get a distance from where you touched the screen and the green. It also gives you a reading to somewhere on the green I suspect it is the middle but that was never proven. It also didn't display the information about the green very well. Most of us want to know how far it is to the green, front, middle or back, the rest is nice but I consider it fluff.
I returned my unit after using it for one round and purchased the Sky Caddie. When the return was processed we received the purchase price minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee from the sub vendor.

Garmin G5
The G5 is easy to use. You will need to register the unit before use. This allows any updates to be performed as well. Battery life has been good with four rounds on the same set of batteries. I would like to see a brightness adjustment as a feature. The unit is a little hard to read in direct sunlight. Yardage is accurate; pin adjustments are easy using your daily pin sheet or eyeballing the locations. Overall I would recommend the unit. Rugged, waterproof and accurate.

Android app for 5 dollars
Just for the record I do not own this GPS golf device. However I do own an Android phone. I can't see buying a $300 dollar unit to do something that an app on a Android, Iphone, or blackberry can do. There are so many apps to choose from with no annual fee. Heck, some are even free! They track drives, tell you how far traps and hazards are. So my suggestion is for the many of you that have a smartphone, save the money and go to the app market. I read that you have to pay a yearly fee for this and download each course before you go! Also for at least me, I would forget this GPS everytime I went golfing because its too expensive to just throw in my golf bag, whereas my cell phone I always have it on me. So again i apologize for not owning this piece but I did want to inform about an awesome alternative option.

Super Caddy
Works great on distance to flag, but more importantly distance to sand traps, water trouble ect.No charges for updates off sets higher $$$$.Hole layout is a time saver, you know your on a new course and can't tell if it's a dog leg right or left this makes each hole very clear to the flag. Every course I play from Maryland to Myrtle Beach are preloaded and you can review them and see their score cards. Use's battery's VS charger.Carry a couple extra AA's in your bag just in case. Keeps score and other round info, you can download on your computer. only negative I see so far is screen lock feature is a little tricky and you can turn it off in error but it has the infomormation stored when you get it back on. I give it 5*****'s. If this Garmin G-5 could only putt, I would be on the tour !!!!!

Editorial Review :
Golf is a game of precision, so why depend on ballpark guesses when estimating the distance to the green? Enter the Izzo Swami 1500, a fully featured golf GPS unit that offers everything you need to approach the pin with confidence. Powered by the latest SIRFStar III chip and equipped with Insta-Lok technology, the Swami instantly calculates the distance to the front, center, and back of the green on more than 12,000 courses across the U.S., turning your golf game from piffling to precise. The Swami is easier to use and more accurate than a laser rangefinder. That's because the Swami measures distances without requiring a direct line of sight to the target, while a laser rangefinder can only measure to the flagstick or other defined objects within its sight. Plus, a rangefinder's accuracy is highly dependent on how far you are from the target, whereas the Swami's GPS technology is accurate to within a few feet. Most importantly, the Swami simply helps you play better golf. When you know the exact distance to the flag and the borders of the green, you can pick the right club for the distance and do it faster. No more wasting time searching for yardstick markers or sprinkler heads. Just upload the course from the online Swami Map Manager (subscription required) before your round, stand under an open sky, and the Swami's Insta-Lok technology does the rest, locking in the correct yardage to a target with minimal lag time. Even when riding in a cart, the yardage changes instantly. The Swami stores up to 10 courses at a time and automatically recognizes the course you're playing upon powering up. The Swami is also a breeze to use, with intuitive buttons and a large display that allows you to quickly cycle from hole to hole. And even though the Swami is precise and user-friendly, it costs about half as much as most other golf GPS systems. That's because Izzo streamlined the latest technology while maintaining only the most vital features in an effort to make the Swami more affordable. The navigator is built using the same state-of-the-art technology as the highest-end GPS units, but without the costly bells and whistles that most golfers don't really need or use. The Swami is perfectly legal to use in many handicaps and tournaments, as both the USGA and the R&A have allowed the use of distance measuring devices when the local governing committee permits it. Users should always check with the local golf pro if the event is a USGA-sanctioned tournament before using the Swami on the course. Other features include an easy-to-use PC connection for downloads and charging; a rechargeable lithium battery that runs for a minimum of 12 hours per charge; a water-resistant housing; and OS compatibility with Windows 2000, XP, and Vista. The Swami 1500, which measures 3.75 by 1 by 2 inches (W x H x D), carries a 90-day warranty. Key Details: - Insta-Lok technology provides accurate distance information to the front, center, and back of the green
- Large, easy-to-read display
- 4 simple-to-use buttons
- 12,000 courses available
- Stores up to 10 courses at a time
- Automatic course recognition on power up
- SIRFstar III technology
- Simple, easy PC connection for downloads and charging
- Rechargeable lithium battery included
- Runs for a minimum of 12 hours without recharging
- Measures 3.75 by 1 by 2 inches (W x H x D)

Customer Review :
Good and not so good
I went to a very popular, quite old course to try the Swami for the first time. Setup and use were very easy. It appeared to operate very well after leaving the tee box. The problem was yardages off the tee. I began the course on the back nine. The Swami read 20 yds shorter than the USGA golf marker in the ground on hole #11, 21 yds shorter on hole #14, 51 yds shorter on hole #16, and 21 yds shorter on hole #17. And yes, I did have the Swami on the correct holes each time, and the course has not been changed in many years, if ever. When I got to the front nine, Swami read 41 yds short on hole #1. It was at that point that I turned it off. On all the holes, once I left the tee box, the yardages appeared to be right on, but it was totally unacceptable off the tees.
When I received the unit, the first thing I noticed was that my favorite course was not available, so I requested it. That was almost 4 weeks ago, and it's still not available. In my limited experience with the unit, it definitely has some problems. Needless to say, I'm returning it.

Excellent Product
I'd give it 5 stars except it's not perfect. BUT, it's very good with what matters, yardage accuracy and course availability. I've used the IZZO for about 6 months on 25+ courses in Florida and Pennsylvania. No problem loading the courses (even obscure 9 hole course) and accuracy has been 95% solid. I used it 3 days in a row (two 18's and a 9)without recharging. If you're not looking for a highly detailed display and don't want to spend high dollar, this is highly recommended.

Great simple device
I received my Swami very quickly and was excited to get out on the course and try it out. Installing the drivers and the Course Management software on XP was a breeze. I found 7 out of the 10 courses that I wanted were already mapped and I added them to the Swami. The other 3 courses that I wanted I put in a request to have them mapped. Within 48HRS I received emails letting me know that all three had been mapped! That is the kind of service I love to see.
The first course I played the accuracy was off by hundreds of yards on every hole. I was pretty disappointed however I realized that the course had been redesigned in 1997 and the map was probably just outdated. I have put in a request to have the nice people at IZZO to remap it. Just to make sure that the device was working properly and I went to another local course and stood on the first tee and sure enough the numbers were spot on.
I am impressed at how fast the yardages come up, easy to read. However the thing I have been most impressed with is IZZO customer service. I love the fact that it only costs 10 bucks a year and all three of my requests were made within 48hrs. That just doesn't happen with too many companies now a days.
I couldn't be happier and all the other reviews on here saying how good the customer service is ultimately made my decision to go with SWAMI over the Bushnell Neo much easier. I am happy with my purchase especially for the price!

Good Buy
The GPS works pretty well. If all you need is distance to the flag then you should be fine with this. No bells or whistles just yardage to the front, center or back.

Nice but don't get it wet
I have had the Swami for a year and have really enjoyed it. Most courses are mapped and when one was not, they would map it in a few days. Normally, all I need is front, center, back. It is easy to read and seems to be very accurate. Unfortunately, mine got a bit wet. Not a downpour just a sprinkle. The company info states it is "water resistant". Don't tempt fate. When it sprinkles, put it under cover. Mine is toast. I will purchase another because it does all I need for a decent price. Wish it was a bit more waterproof, though.

Editorial Review :
Level the ups and downs in your quest for perfection. Built in the legacy of our venerable PinSeeker 1500, the new Pro 1600 is the world's only golf laser rangefinder to compensate for the changes in elevation. Using a digital inclinometer, it determines distance based on the degree of elevation change. It doesn't just tell you how far-it tells you exactly how far to play it. So you'll never again question the range at the top of your swing. And nothing cuts strokes, and eliminates the peaks and valleys of your game, like confidence. Completely Waterproof, Rainguard HD, 12oz 9 volt batterand premium carrying case included.
Customer Review :
Exactly what we expected.
Extremely happy with the rangefinder. Works exactly as expected. Easy! Nothing to program and great for finding intermediate distances. Highly recommend this product. Great price from Amazon!

As Good As It Gets
I wished I would have had this back when I was playing in Amateur Tournaments. On average this rangefinder cuts 2 - 5 strokes off an 18 hole round. Great product!

Great gift for a golfer
First, let me say that I'm not a golfer myself so I can't speak for how well the rangefinder works. However, as a gift for a golfer, it was a huge hit. Since the recipient is also a hunter, he says he will use it there as well. The rangefinder comes with a case that is bright orange which will make it easy to locate if accidentally left somewhere.

Know what to hit!!!!!
This tool is amazing. Everyone should have one if you want to play better golf and speed up play. I always liked the idea of playing golf by feel, but not being able to play all that much anymore or know a course very well will leave one stranded and crying for help. I hated hitting a good shot only to have misjudged club selection by one or two clubs. This has helped my son and me so much--not only getting on the green and playing the pin, but also on the tee--knowing where to land your shot or what target to shoot for. Often I would put my driver back in the bag only to get a club with less distance so that I could have a chance at a better second shot. Becuase of the Range finder, I could tell where trouble lay by sighting in landing areas or where my ball might roll through the fairway. There are many "Oh Mannnn.....!" exclamations in golf so why not have a few, "Yeah baby!" thoughts? This thing helped in lowering our scores and also made the par threes a hoot to play.
Another way to use this thing is to: hit, get to your ball and take a reading to where you hit from (hopefully a ball washer or sign to site in) to see what distance you hit that club. It's actually so accurate that if you're steady enough you can site it on a ball in the fairway. In windy conditions it can be pretty hard to site in on a whipping pin especially when your arms aren't all that steady. It might take a few tries, but it can be done. Make sure you take a few readings and kinda know where you are hitting from. I made the mistake once of giving my friend a report on distance only to be off by 30 yards (got the bushes behind the pin).
Don't know what all the fuss was about the battery compartment. Haven't had a single issue with it. Stoked about the waterproof part and that's why I paid more for the 1600. We're not ones to leave the course because of a little rain. Love the 7X magnification = scoping out green for better shot placement! Hard to see with the naked eye how some greens slope so this helps in that arena as well.
Would highly recommend this thing. A bit bulky, but still easy to sling on your bag.

Great product
I Ordered this a couple weeks ago and love it. It only has two buttons so it is extremely simple to use and works flawlessly. The pinseeker mode is what I use all the time (compared to scan mode) because you know exactly when the pin is locked in. The only time this mode doesn't work very well is when you have to look at the pin through or close to trees in the foreground. This is because pinseeker mode gives you the closest object that the laser hits and locks onto that number. I haven't been able to compare this to other devices but I would definitely get a bushnell device with penseeker mode.
Pros: -Pinseeker mode -speed (acquires target in a fraction of a second) -7x zoom makes everything very easy to see -waterproof (haven't tested this but could come save this device one day) -ease of use (point and shoot. Done) -Size (bigger than others, fits great in two hands) Cons: -price compared to other busnell devices (you have to decide if the 7x zoom and waterproofing are worth it to you) -size (the bigger size could be a con for some people)

Question : Where is a good place to find Golf Cart Parts and Golf Cart Accessories?
Where is a good place to find Golf Cart Parts and Golf Cart Accessories?
Answer:
If you haven't done so, a quick search on Google will give you several sites to browse: http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=DKUS,DKUS:2006-30,DKUS:en&q=golf+cart+p artsDepending on your needs, another option to consider would be to contact some golf courses in your area and ask to speak with the maintenance department. No doubt they will have a good working relationship with one or more suppliers of any and all parts and should be able to put you in touch with them.
