I'm doing a school project where I find the perfect actor for the book/play A Raisin in the Sun. The book is about black people living sometime after World War II and the present. Apartheid is still happening and they're family was falling apart. These are the descriptions of each character that I need:Walter Lee Younger - The protagonist of the play. Walter is a dreamer. He wants to be rich and devises plans to acquire wealth with his friends, particularly Willy Harris. When the play opens, he wants to invest his father’s insurance money in a new liquor store venture. Question : Plants for Japanese Garden?
I'm doing 2 small Japanese gardens, on either side of a gate. One side gets partial sun, the other side very little, if any sun. I'll be using crushed rock as the ground cover. What are the most suitable plants/shrubs to use please, hopefully with some colour . I live in a Bayside suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, about 1 km from the beach and Bay. The side that doesn't get the sun is quite well sheltered.Thanks

Try some Japanese Forest Grass. It's one of the few grasses that will grow in shade. There are green and varigated varieties, and varieties that will turn red in the fall as well.There are loads of bamboos that will grow in part shade or shade. Hundreds of varieties, with some very cold hardy, and mature heights from 18 inches to 60 feet. If you plant the "running" kind, rather than "clumping", consider putting efoort into containment - either a sunken large pot, a hole dug, lined with pond liner (a few holes in the bottom), refilled with dirt and planted - so it doesn't "get away from you".Crimson Queen Japanese Maples (red leafed, lacy leaves, weeping habit) do well in shady gardens. That might be a nice focal point.

Question : I want to hear other the point of view of other people on this.?
I am a person that really enjoyed the rain and gloomy weather, for example I work outside and there was a day that I was cleaning up trash while everyone else was running for shelter. Some people look at me like I there is something wrong with me. But how most people enjoy the sun, I can't stand it. I always feel happier and more relaxed when its storming and raining. Does anyone else feel this way?

Question : About diamond testing nature or nonsense ?
I have a therory, regarding natural rough uncut diamonds .I believe they can be tested by using the sun . If you hold a diamond up and look inside the center of the sun at the hotest part ,of a cloudless summer day without being blinded it is a diamond.Remember (uncut). Due to the fact its refractive index is so high compared to all other gems while uncut it absorbs the direct rays of the sun sheltering your sight.

For heaven's sake DO NOT DO THIS - it is the fastest track to BLINDING YOURSELF that you can follow, it is playing Russian Roulette with a gun that has six bullets in the chamber and none empty. A high refractive index has NOTHING to do with absorbing light WHATSOEVER, it merely indicates the degree to which light is bent while passing through the medium. In addition to this diamond is cubic and therefor singly refractive so it does not even absorb part of the radiation like many other stones. It is true that with properly proportioned cut diamonds no light passes through the stone when viewed from the front through to the back due to its being totally reflected internally - this can also be achieved with other stones but the required cutting proportions are too deep to be practical. In the case of an uncut diamond you do not even have the minimal protection of it having having facets to internally reflect the sun's light so it will go straight through and do permanent damage to your retina. Question : is ten minutesto long to leave your dog in the car when the sun isnt pointing at the car?
so me and my mother went to a store really quick it was less than ten minutes and the sunn wasnt even pointing on the car and the windows were cracked almost half way we told ourselfs lets run and out because of the dog but as we were paying we overheard this lady saying there was a dog in a car and she was saying it was abuse when she said the dog was black i went to say its my dog and that it was none of her buisness she says excuse me and follows me out i gnore and she starts to rant at me and i tell her its non of her buisness and she needs to get away from me then she goes to implie to call me and idiot and thats when i get angry and start to cuss her out i call her word in book and she shows me this dumb peice of paper that says leave ur dog at home if its hot i take the paper and throw it on the ground and stomp on it saying i dont care what u say my dog but out she says she called the cops and there on there way and i say ok im not gunna be here calling me and idiot again she goes and trying to pet my dog near my car! i yell at her and tell her to get the h** away from my car and she calls me and iditon only comback she has making her sound stupid im fifteen and i had better combacks than the old bat i know she was just watching for the dogs saftey but i volunteer at the shelter and i have two other dogs and more pets too i know all the things there is to pets i didnt need her help! soo now you know my story telling me is ten minutes too long in a car with the windows cracked down half way and the sun not pointing at the car? no rude comments. im pretty upset as it is about that old dumb bat.

Question : Not sure what happened to my dog...?
It was such a nice day out today I went for a long walk with my daughter (gone about 3 hours) Since it was such a nice day out I thought my dog (a 8 month old bloodhound female) would like to stay outside rather then in her kennel inside. We don't quite trust her to run the house without us there yet. We have a nice open yard in a small town where everyone knows each other. We don't have a fence up yet just a tie out in the middle of the yard so she can't get tangled. She loves it outside and has shelter from sun or bad weather, I gave her some food and plenty of water and went on my way. I got home and went to bring her in and she came up to me and rolled over for a belly rub and I noticed scratch marks on her lower tummy and inside thighs? I am not quite sure if she could of did it herself or not. There are no other signs of a fight or anything on her at all so I don't think she was attacked. She doesn't have fleas as I keep her on a tight schedule with frontline. I am now wondering if a male got to her? As far as I know she has not come into heat yet and we are planning on getting her fixed when my husbands over time kicks back in next month. I am really hoping she didn't get bred...any ideas on the scratches?when I walk my daughter (in the stroller) and try to walk her she about pulls my arm out of the socket. She is VERY strong and I just can't push the stroller and be drug by her. We usually walk her when I have a friend or my husband to push the stroller. We tried training collars and everything else and nothing works she just drags you and tries running after EVERYTHING.I promise you guys I would love to take her, but it just takes another dog, cat, ANY animals for her to run at it and she has flipped the stroller (THANK god my daughter was fussy and my husband had to pick her out of it and was carrying her at the time) I just can't push a stroller while trying to walk this dog. I was just trying to be nice to her rather then keeping her locked in her kennel.

The marks could be from a dog scratching her as he tried to mount her, but if she's not in season (heat) then she won't be pregnant.They could also be from her stretching on the ground, or scratching herself, if she's been too hot she could have got a little itchy.Just one question, why didn't she go with you on the long walk, surely the exercise would have been better than been tied up outside on her own.

Question : Will adding a shelter over air con condenser unit help to save energy? Any side effect to unit by doing so?
The concern is that the sun shining on the condenser unit will cause the casing to heat up, thus air intake is warm. Providing a shelter will prevent direct sun on the casing. The other concern is that building the shelter will cause inhibitions on air intake / air out, thus higher risk to the condenser unit.Are these concerns justifiable / valid?

The risk of inhibiting air flow is completely viable. The condenser is necessary to transfer heat from the inside of the building to the outside. The heat transfer itself is more dependent on the ambient conditions of the air outside, than it is of sunshine on the unit. Most units are supplied with a housing that is well designed to protect the unit from debris and the elements, while providing the necessary airflow. Basic annual maintenance of rinsing any built-up dust or debris (leaves, etc.) from the unit is necessary to provide improved airflow.Any shelter built over the unit will likely require extensive ventilation itself. This extra ventilation would not significantly improve the air conditioner efficiency and would likely lower the overall system (air conditioner, extra vents) efficiency.

Question : I'm thinking of making like a "dog run" on the side of my house. Like a place where it can go to the bathroom,
hang out, and sleep when it wants. Of course it is going to come inside whenever it wants also.Anyways, I was thinking what I should put back there...like should i put misters (for when it gets hot) or any other type of water thing for cooling off. Also, I wanted to put some sort of shelter from the sun or rain or whatever... so what should i put back there? Umbrella, dog house? Any ideas about what I should put back there to designs would be helpful!! thank you so much!

Don't put in anything that could be easily destroyed (like your umbrella idea). Get a hard plastic kiddie pool for cooling off or playing. You might want to try both the tarp and the dog house. Some dogs like houses and some don't, and some just like them because they're cozy and don't think of them as a place to get out of the weather. Keep a very close eye on the dog at first to find out if he's trying to escape by digging, jumping or squeezing through a space you thought was too small to fit through.

I dunno, but you need to add dialogue tags. It's impossible to know who is speaking in your "story" without them....oh, and since there's no air on the moon, there can't be any forests. If you're going to have that, you've got to explain how it works, like a biodome or some such. Because nothing grows on the moon.lol, I love how kids like to give a thumbs down to the truth. Stupid kids.
