Customer Review :
Great price for Canadians
Shipping for the tank was very fast. I priced this tank up here in Canada and it was selling for more than twice what it is on here so I ordered it and had it shipped to a border KinekPoint. Just drove down and picked it up along with a few other items I had waiting for me there. Haven't had the tank filled yet, but the it looks fine to me.

Terrible - Do not buy!
This product was broken from the time I received it. I spent a lot of time prepping for a good round of paintball only to get there and my CO2 DID NOT WORK! The package was not damaged during shipping, it just came in broken.

Features Surpasses CGA Standards for Quality Assurance 3000 PSI Rated Coil With Improved Flexibility Allows for Safe and Convenient Disconnection of Marker from Coil Assembly May be used with CO2 Tanks or HPA Tanks
Customer Review :
easy to use, works as advertised
it works just as advertised, things I wish I had known before I bought this: there is no check valve and the coil easily tangles with itself like a telephone cord (back when house phones used to have coiled cords attaching the receiver to the base). without a check valve you have to turn off the tank valve and shoot down your gun(about 4 shots)otherwise the coil is difficult to remove, and if you remove it without shooting down the gun the sudden release of the air makes a loud pop which causes people around you to jump. so buy a good quality slide check valve and a remote line cover and you'll love this product.
Rating :
Good remote for cheap
Received this remote and works great. Need to fire you marker several times to bleed it when disconnecting but that is normal without a slide check. Works well with my A5 with co2 and HPA.

Just what i expected...
I got it surprisingly fast and was able to take it out a weekend prior to what i had planned and it worked great, no leaks or problems of any sort. Sure helps in woodsball.

Garbage...
After buying this remote house i put it to use a week after recieving it and it leaked air...dont waste your money on this trash not a very good quality hose at all.
Rating :
Mostly great
I like this remote but out of the box it didnt have a great seal because there was too much sealant tape on its threads, but i removed some and now it works perfectly

what I expected
This gun was pretty much what i expected it to be. It was nothing fancy but it perfomed well. Decent gun for the price.
Rating :
terrible
This gun broke down the 2nd day I used it. it messed up both of my air tanks horrible horrible gun!!
Rating :
Suprised!
Bought this set for me and my son. Once we finally got the darn plastic packaging open I was suprised at the apparent quality since the price was so cheap for two guns. The gun shoots very well but I'm not sure I would take it into any serious competition. We shot about 100 balls without a break or jam and were suprised at the velocity. I'm glad it comes with the refillable tank adapter because the prefilled 4 oz tanks are too expensive and don't last long enough. The mask is not the best (goggles are ok) but the shield is flimsy. At this price its like getting them for free anyway so who cares?
I would recommend this 2-pack set for anyone starting out who's not jumping into hardcore competition. Can't beat the price.
Rating :
GREAT BUY
GREAT PRODUCT. ARRIVED JUST AS DESCRIBED. MY HUSBAND IS REALLY ENJOYING THIS PAINTBALL GUN SET. WHATS BETTER WE ALWAYS HAVE A SPARE ONE. WORKS GREAT TOO. ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE WOULD BE THE CO2 TANK COULD BE LARGER. THATS ALL... BUT OVERALL GREAT PRODUCT AND WORTH EVERY PENNY :)
Rating :
decent gun would not recommend but decent
product came as advertised packaging was smashed but product was okay looks like some 1 opened the box and re taped it the guns don't shoot too well but if you shoot really slow like 1-2 rps it'll be good. Masks are great wish it came with refillable co2 but instead it comes with disposables.

NcSTAR Red Dot Reflex Sight with 4 Different Reticles
Customer Review :
Great for laser tag! Haven't tried on a firearm.
The NcSTAR tactical red dot sight is a perfect addition to a fake or low-caliber weapon for close-quarters use. I'm using it on the Lazertag System 2PK Phoenix LTX laser tag gun, and it has made quick aiming so much easier for me.
The first thing you'll notice is the packaging. The inside of the box is mostly filled with a thick black foam material, with a cutout tightly containing the sight -- you can tell that the manufacturer cares about this product, and wants it to arrive in good condition. The sight comes with a rubber cover over the lense, so you can keep it protected without having to remove it from your weapon of choice. The item includes the allen wrench necessary for installation and adjustment, instructions, and two batteries: one already inside the unit, and a spare.
The choice of reticules and brightness settings allow usage in any conditions, though I usually find that the simple dot at its lowest brightness setting is sufficient, and is the least distracting. The battery drain is minimal during use; I have yet to replace it. It doesn't appear to drain at all when dialed to 0 power.
This is a reflex sight, which means it uses curved glass to ensure that the dot is on-target regardless of your eye position. If you can see the dot, that's where you're going to hit. This is a great feature, and it works well! However, it can be tricky to find the dot if you're holding it far away from your eye, as the red dot will not appear at all unless you're lined up fairly straight. I find it works best to have the sight very close to your eye. Since the dot is reflected off the glass, it appears further away than the glass; this makes it easier to focus your eye on both the dot and your target.
Some reviewers said that the kick from a high caliber firearm can knock the sight out of alignment. I haven't tried this on a real firearm, so I can't comment on that. The Phoenix LTX does have a slight mechanical kick, but this doesn't move the sight out of alignment. Neither does running around, slipping on wet grass, and falling. :-) It's a great performer for laser tag, and I wouldn't hesitate to put it on a .22 or airsoft gun.
My only complaint is that sight adjustment was a pain, but that's because I put this on a laser tag gun -- you can't see where you're hitting! This is certainly no fault of the sight, and so I won't reduce the number of stars for that. However, you should know that the adjustments are labeled for moving the impact point. If you're trying to move the dot/crosshair itself, you need to do the reverse of the labels!
The bottom line: I was so happy with the product, I bought another for my second laser tag gun.
Rating :
Wish I saved my cash
This product is what it is, a cheap sight. It lights up and it works and comes in nice packaging giving the illusion of quality, but you have to remember it is a 30 dollar sight. Two of the 4 reticules are useless because the sight is crooked (crosshairs) so the only useable ones are the dot and the donut. Again sometimes you get a great deal for your money, this really isnt one them. Id have been happier going with something more expensive, but i took a chance... glad i only wasted 30 bucks.
Rating :
Highly recommed A++
This is all you need for 100 yards, cheap and high quality, now where can you find that?
Rating :
Good for the price.
For the price it is adequate. PROS: really cheap compared to other red-dot sights, Functional and crisp reticles, does not obstruct field of view when shooting and moving with both eyes open, mounts securely. Zero adjustments worked CONS: Need to re-zero after changing reticles (a minor problem in my book considering you develop a favorite reticle quickly), did not mount perfectly flat, needed about 15 minutes of filing.
Rating :
PARALLAX!!!!
This sight is heavy and sturdy like others have said, and I have no doubt that it will stand up to abuse and hold it's "zero." however, it has severe parallax issues. I'm using it on an AR-15 and can fix the problem by simply keeping my face in the same position after each shot. For the money, I can't complain, but that doesn't mean I'm happy with this sight. I will be spending more money on a better sight next time. Lesson learned.

Customer Review :
Amazing stock for the price!
I just recently picked up this stock for my 98 Custom Pro and so far I'm loving it. It fights tight to my shoulder and is still versatile enough to switch up the lengths during a paintball session. The ONLY reason I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 is due to the threads that come on this stock. I honestly had to play around with the stock for 2 hours in order for it to fight snug onto my gun. In order for it to fit, you have to shave off the inside of the threads slightly. Someone stated in the previous reviews that you can just twist it 350 degrees back and forth in the butt of the gun to make it fit securely. Also you have to drill into the bolt hole that is given because it'll be too small for a 98 Custom pin to fit into. Once I made those 2 slight adjustments, it went on perfectly. All in all, if you do buy this, there is a little work needed into fitting the stock onto the gun properly. JUST KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE BEFORE YOU BUY IT.

Tippmann Collapsible Stock.
Overall, I like the collapsible stock. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to shave down some of the rings that go into the gun to make it fit.
Rating :
Decent paintball stock
i got this stock for my 98 custom platinum in the hope to make it more accurate. this item does its job fine, but for some markers it will not fit properly. you need to insert the stock into the back of the paintball marker and keep twisting it until the plastic is stripped off and then it works fine. not a bad stock if you know how to assemble it.
Rating :
what the meat
for some reason i got the stock in 15 days. then when i got it i took apart my gun and it didnt fit. yes i tried every thing but the stock was a different shape then where its suppose to go in and it didnt fit in my tippmann 98 custom. so i took a knife and carved the end of the stock and made it smaller. then i hammered it in. it barely fit but it did and now its perfect. i love it. it makes it easier to hold the gun steadier when you aim. it was worth all that work.
Rating :
Not what i expected
It is a very nice stock, very easy to adjust. The main problem i had with it was the end was too big to fit into the custom 98. I had to drill it down so that the gun would close properly when the stock was inserted. Then again i do get what i paid for.

Questions & Answers
Question : How can I remove paintball residue from my car?
Some idiot sprayed what I think is a paintball at my car the other day. I went through the car wash and there's still all this sticky residue splattered over the side of my car. I don't want to ruin the paint on my car, but I need to get this stuff OFF!
Answer:
You're going to have to wash it by hand and scrub it. You might try using "Bug and Tar Remover" if it's really tough to get off. Once you have it clean, re-wax the car.
|
Question : Can you get paintball stains out of clothing?
My hubby played paintball a few weekends back. I finally got around to washing the clothes he wore that weekend. I washed them twice then dried them without making sure they were totally clean. I just discovered that the sweatshirt he was wearing has oil stains from where he was hit. He says the paintballs are made out of canola oil and bees wax. Is there anyway to get these stains out? Or should I not even bother? It's not the paint that stained. The paint came out. It's the oil that they use in the making of the paintballs that has stained the clothing. I want to know how to get the oil stains out... or if it's even possible...
Answer:
. Does the Paint wash out of clothes:Most paints are water soluble and will easily wash out of clothes, however it is recommended that you use older clothes or gear that you don't mind getting a few stains on as some paints have trouble getting out. In general though the paint will wash out very easily.

Question : How do i start a paintball club in high school?
I am a freshman in an all guys school (kinda sucks) and i am trying to start a paintball club. I already know a few people and i would like as many people as possible to join my club. any ideas or friendly advice?
Answer:
If you mean a paintball club from the school then good luck. I've tried the same thing and it's a hard deal to push. Your going to have to convince the teachers and it's going to take alot of convincing. Try to find a younger guy teacher that will help you. Get him interested if you can. It also wouldn't hurt to google highschool paintball team/club. They are out there see if you can contact them for advice on how they went about doing it. When selling the idea to the school NEVER say gun. Seriously that quick you will shoot yourself in the foot. Marker marker marker. If they say gun correct them. It's a marking device. Legally speaking it's also been decided it's a marking device not a gun. Find out if the school is willing to help fund it partially or if you will just gather dues. Suggest you want to use the schools name, try to stir up school pride. Tell them how safe it is. Go over the rules with them, show that they are enforced and the refs are trained. Cheating and unsafe practices are punished. Make a folio outlining how you want to go about it. Be professional and well planned. You need to impress them and chances are they won't want to hear it. That's why you need a teacher or two on your side willing to endorse it. Get a roster. Who wants to be on the team. Try to get some of the well known faces in school on it. Have backups in case of illness. Make sure if the people want to be on it that are serious. No backing out it can ruin everything. Like I said I've researched it and got help from other schools and was still shot down. Another thing that might help is find a list of colleges that have pro teams. Many upper class colleges have fully funded pro teams and some play in all the major tournaments. Last I checked Duke University had one. Let them see it is a huge thing and widely accepted by big name schools. Any other questions feel free to contact me by email. I would be happy to see another school start a team. Btw don't suggest the school foot the whole bill. Paintball is one of the more expensive sports out there and that won't make them happy.

Question : How do I legally own paintball equipment in New York City?
I've heard gun control laws are pretty strict, and include regulations for gas-powered devices like paintball markers.I want to be able to bring my trusty old Tippmann .68 carbine with me without fear of arrest and mandatory jail time for "gun" possession.
Answer:
I myself am an avid mil-sim paintballer. I have gotten in big verbal debates with police officers because my marker is so realistic. I always win because I say it as it is. " Paintball markers are not firearms and are not regulated in any way or form.' There is a law that they have to have a orange glazed tip though. This only applies to replicas of gun such as M-16 and AK-47's to name a couple. You should find no problem what so ever.

Question : How should I clean up a dried paintball from my car?
Some idiot shot my car with a paintball gun and I now have dried paintball mess on my car door. What is the safest way to remove it?
Answer:
A high pressure car washer should remove that. Just wash your car, making sure to thoroughly wet the paint ball area, then soap it up and rinse clean. The paint is non-toxic and is not supposed to stain clothing so it should wash right off the car. That's assuming the dude did not somehow make is own paint balls filled with REAL paint. If that is the case, you may need rubbing compound and perhaps a hint of paint thinner on a rag. (this works well for tar as well). You rub the spot to try and work the unwanted paint or stain away, and then rinse with clean water or soap and then water between the attempts. Once you have the junk removed, you will need to wax that part of the car over again.

Question : How much does it cost to manufacture paintball supplies?
For a school project, I have to find out how much it costs to manufacture 1 average paintball gun, 1 paintball, and a full-face paintball mask.
Answer:
I work for a paintball company that used to manufacturer and sell Spyder paintball gun CLONES. The actual material cost to create the gun body and all the parts is about $45 per gun. A paintball costs about 2 cents for the manufacturer. (Let's say 2000 rounds at $30 for a case= 1.5 cents)Paintball masks I'm somewhat unsure of. However, depending on the quality of the mask, it shouldn't cost the manufacturer more than $20 to make. Hope this helps. Good luck w/ ur project.

Question : How much money for Paintball Gear x2 and paintball gun x1?
I am doing a video project and want to buy 2 Paintball gears and one CHEAP paintball gun. How much would ONE gear cost (I'll just multiply it by 2) and how much would a cheap gun cost? 10 points for best answer.
Answer:
with ''gears"( hopefuly u mean 2 mask). anyway you wanna get a Tippmann 98 custom Players Package for $140 @ walmart, it comes with a mask,98c, hopper, and 9 oz Co2 tank. You could get a second mask for $20 @ walmart, and EVERY ONE IN RANGE WHERES A MASK!!
|
Question : What is the best paintball marker and hopper on the market these days?
ive been out of the paintball loop for a couple of years now and i recently moved to a city where the scene is just epic but i have out dated equip im sure... whats the best stuff out right now? marker, hopper, and tank wise? any new tech? im willing to blow 1G on a marker and 200 for the hopper and tank each.
Answer:
SL 94 by planet eclipse, rotor hopper, 68ci air tank (nitro duck/gorilla air). I shoot a bob long closer though, $500 can't beat that, shoots great, not as good as the sl94 but not as expensive either. If i were you, which i pretty much had the same attitude when i got into it, i would search craigslist or the paintball forums and buy a used one and some midrange used gear and save your money for playing. You can easily get sponsored still playing with midrange gear and then you get screamin deals on the new stuff. Play more you will end up mowing down those noobs with shiny gats!

I spent about 180 buck just some of my airsoft stuff, so how much am I look at to spend and what order should I buy stuff in mask hopper tank then gun or vise versa just gotta know.
Answer:
