fantastic

i've been suffering with achilles tendonitis for about 2.5 years now and this is one of the reasons i've been able to get back out there and start running again. ideally, you should first have your injury/problem area taped a few times by a professional (PT, OT, etc) and once you understand how and why to use it then you can apply it yourself after being taught. i have the tape in black and blue. the black is definitely stickier, however, you will not be successful unless you thoroughly clean the area with rubbing alcohol immediately before application.

overall, a great purchase. i would highly recommend this for strains as the extra little push to get your body back on track.

I love this tape....very active with fitness and tennis and am 68 yrs. old....recent back surgery which preop affected my right leg with pain and numbness. Upon return to the courts, a friend suggested Kinesio tape for my leg and right outer thigh residual pain. I ordered, learned how to apply, went out and played for 90 minutes and now tell everyone about how effrective it was for my leg/

Exact same tape as found at Occ Therapist office

This is the same tape that my Occupational Therapist used on my arm. This tape is perfect to help stabilize an area and help reduce pain. Great product.

Multi-use tape and I love it

I first obtained a roll from my chiropractor but this tape doesn't seem to be as durable as the type from my chiro- not sure if there's a difference in brand or type but the tape I purchased on Amazon still works great.

Kinesio Tex Tape

My wife was introduced to Kinesio Tex Tape by a physiotherapist when she could not get any relief from her back pain caused by herniated discs.She has been using the tape for three years now and finds that it relieves her pain. She still has some discomfort from nerve pulses in her foot and leg but the tape and lots of exercise
and Norwegian type of "leg pulling" help her enormously. We recommend it to all our friends who suffer from back pain.

Kinesio Tape for ankle sprain

six months ago, I severely sprained my ankle. It continues to swell and hurt if I do not tape it. Kinesio tape keeps the swelling down and greatly reduces the associated pain.

Best sports tape in the world!!!!!!!

Being an international competitive rower I was introduced to this product by my physio way back in 2001 because (at that time) I had an injury which needed a tape that wouldn't fall off...even if it got wet!

This tape is fantastic! I use it on and off the water to prevent blisters on my hands and fingers...it repels water and even if I wash my hands it still sticks extremely well!

It may be a little on the expensive side but the roll will last you for a long time. It is easy to tear off a piece without using scissors, it is very comfortable and does not irritate the skin.

In my opinion, it is the BEST SPORTS TAPE WORLD WIDE!!!!!! You can use it for pretty much anything and is like duck tape but for athletes!

Perfect for Backpacking

I used to use Moleskin for blister prevention on backpacking trips. I tried this on my recent 6 day trip where we covered 50 miles. Loved this tape! It sticks well, one roll will last a LONG time, and is thinner than moleskin. My daughter had fairly new boots and by putting this tape on the 'hot' spots, none turned into blisters.

Close to what I need for Plantar Fasciitis, but not quite

This item includes Leukotape P, which measures 1.5in wide, and a Cover-Roll stretch, which is 2in wide. The Leukotape P is the same material that my podiatrist sold me recently. It's similar to a flexible band-aid material (and is sticky on one side). The Cover-Roll stretch is also sticky on one side, but is more of a strong gauze feel - I'm concerned what the arch support will be like and will update once I've tried it. I was actually hoping for one package to be 1in wide and the other package to be 3in wide, but this will do for now.

UPDATE: I tried this for about a week. The up side is that the Cover-Roll isn't sticky and didn't collect fuzzies from the floor as I walked, unlike the other medical tape I've tried. The downside is that it does NOT give me enough arch support. The Cover-Roll allows too much of a stretch, which allows my arch to still collapse. Not a good combo pack for arch support. The 1.5in wide Leukotape P was still usable, but wider than I would like. I could in theory use just the one tape for the sides and bottom, which is what I may do to use at least that one roll.

For other medical issues that don't require putting weight on the tape, I'd say go for the combo pack. The stretchy Cover-Roll will give you the range of motion you need for joint-related issues.

Back to the drawing board for me.

Shin Splint Savior

I had debilitating shin splints and was in the middle of my training sessions for 10 races in 10 weeks. A physical therapist used this pre-tape and tape to tape my shins and what a difference!!!!!!!!!! This tape is as close to a miracle as anything can be. I have a tape allergy, but this tape doesn't seem to bother me. I think the recommendation is to leave it on for 5 days, but I leave it on about 2 1/2-3 days since I'm super sensitive to the adhesive. I've never had a problem. The tape has allowed my shins to recover and I can return to my training pain free!! Have someone qualified to show you how to use this tape and then enjoy the benefits of doing it yourself at home!

Shoulder saver

After 2 shoulder surgeries, a brilliant physical therapist put Leukotape on my shoulder, which did more to relieve the pressure than anything else. Now I just apply it myself and can keep training.

Bulk Roll is the way to go

I think this stuff is great. I use the videos on [...] to apply it since application is important to how it works. But since I used it pretty frequently, I went for the bulk roll since it's a better value.

Fast Delivery, Item as described

Kinesio tape works great, but you need to know how to apply it. I actually get more support on my knee then wearing a stretch knee support and the tape will stay on for several days.

When you see the picture you think you will have a very hard case good enough for about a year or more. When you get the "case" all you have is tape kept in a thing they call case. This is not right.
