Pump, Large Dual Action Hand
Customer Review :
Does not fit Boston Valves, does not always work
I bought this to inflate my Sevylor inflatable canoe, which has two pinch valves and two Boston valves. The Boston valve adaptor on this pump does not fit any other Boston valves, which rendered this almost useless for my needs. It works well for the pinch valves, but is a tremendously sweaty workout. Extremely difficult to use for deflating as well.
Rating :
way better than lung power
The Coleman pump worked really well. It's a little bit of work, but way better than blowing it up with lung power. Very durable and the dual action came in handy when it was time to deflate one of my bigger rafts. It's better with 2 people when trying to deflate so you can get more of the air out. And the fact that it comes with several different tips for different applications was a big plus. I actually bought 2 by mistake and sold the other one to a friend and he is very happy with the way it works. I would consider an electric pump if I had a gargantuan inflatable, but this pump works very well for most of what I have.
Rating :
Good Pump
Great pump with the added benefit of a good work out. Purchased to fill my Sevylor Fish Hunter Inflatable Boat. it does the job, but very tiring. Great pump though, pushes a lot of air.
Rating :
It is a pump
Pump gives you several options on a size of hole needed to fill. To fill my air mattress it takes a few minutes of work but it is nice to have easy to use. One knock may be that it takes up a lot of space when space is limited on trips.
Rating :
Good Value
This pump is lightweight and can be used anywhere, as no electricity is needed. This works out well for us because we keep the pump on the boat and re-inflate the raft when it get's low on air. I had another one for about 3 years that eventually broke, but for less than $15 it is a good value.

110 - 120 Volt AC Quick-fill Electric Pump
Customer Review :
Worst thing I've ever bought
This thing is what four-lettered words were made for. This has to be the worst piece of crap ever produced. It's noisy, slow and battery runs out in no time. It took us 4 days to partially inflate our kids inflatable pool (5 feet diameter). Could not inflate it completeley. Once starting pumping, battery runs out in about 15 min.
How about some screw mechanism for the nozzles? How about letting us run it directly on power outlet power? Shame on you Intex.
Rating :
Awkward but works well
This pump pumps air well. It's faster than the quad-D-cell-powered pump that came with my air mattress, and doesn't consume batteries. It is noisy, emitting a constant whine: you wouldn't want to pump up your air mattress while someone is trying to sleep in the same room. The attachments fit several air mattresses on which I've tried them, but oddly they constantly slip off of the pump. You need to hold the attachment firmly to both the pump outlet and the mattress inlet, which can be very awkward. For that reason I wouldn't recommend this pump to someone with small hands. For others though, it will do the job efficiently and inexpensively, if a bit awkwardly. Four stars of five.

Super convenient, easy to use, reliable, and durable over many uses!
Had no idea how much we needed an air pump like this till we actually had one to use! We have used this for the kids jump-o-lene 71.5" x 40" Jump o Lene Jump n Gymfor rafts and other pool toys, for inflatable mattresses when company visits. Never had one before, and we purchased it specifically for the Jump n Gym, but once we had it, we were shocked at how many times it came in handy!
What's great about it is that it has several different sized nozzles, so you can use it for so many things! Oh, and the fact that you can also use it to deflate stuff really makes life a lot easier! It's super-fast, and I can't believe we went so long without it. Now that I've gotten used to just grabbing the pump when we need something inflated or deflated, I can't imagine not having one.
We highly recommend this air pump. It has been reliable, durable, and very very convenient. By the way, it's not heavy and doesn't take up much space, so you can easily take it with you if you need to. Super-duper recommend it! ;)
EDIT: This pump is so user-friendly that our 5 year old can use it, under adult supervision for safety, of course! It is so handy to have around.

A Great Investment
This Quick-fill Electric Pump works great to fill or deflate just about any air mattress or air-filled item. The adapters enable filling all sizes of valves. We priced the Coleman equivalent at Wal-Mart and it was $5.00 higher. With Amazon's Super-Saver Free shipping we saved that much on the pump plus sales tax. We are very satisfied.
Rating :
Falls apart during use!
This pump was immensely frustrating. The pointy thing that attaches to the pump itself continuously falls off, so you have to sit there and hold it on. Since the pump is slow, holding it on while a child's pool inflates could take forever! Spend a little extra to get a better product. This one is a waste of money.

Everything you need to keep your ball full of air with a convenient carrying case for storage.
Customer Review :
Good product for the price
Its probably not the best ball inflator out there, but its very compact, has its own case to house everything when caring it around, it inflats my basketball just fine, and come with a gauge. For the price I think it works very well.

Does what its meant to
I use this product on a weekly basis, and even though the carrying case is cheesy it did come with everything I needed to maintin the rugby balls we use at practice. The product well performs beyonds its needs. The gauge is also very reliable and takes the guess work out of it.
Rating :
great pump
I purchase this pump for personal use. So far its been great. There is a hidden slot at handle that can house the needle which was a interesting find and the extra air meter was bonus.
Also it came with a carrying case. Overall great product, hasn't leak air yet!

Works like a champ!
Given the price, I was worried about the quality. However this works very well and a great deal. Took care of the whole U-6 team, all season. Nice having the pressure gauge - comes in very handy.

Good bang for your buck
Purchased as I needed a ball pump. After reading other reviews, decided this was the best to try for the money. Great little pump.... quick and easy to use. Also has a little plastic storage case and an air pressure gauge.

Package of 6
Customer Review :
Good and sturdy
The needles are strong and durable. One extra feature that may be mentioned, is that the needle hole is somewhat higher than on other brands and it does not fully reach the inside of the inner rubber bladder. Consequently, one needs to put extra effort when pumping the balls. However, by the same token, the needle is not likely to tear the rubber parts of the ball as much. It is also more likely that the pumped air will stay inside the ball and will not be sucked out with the back strokes of the pump.
Rating :
Great Item
Received the needles with the deflated basketball and was able to inflate and use the ball on Christmas day. My daughter was one happy camper.

Good price, worked fine
Can't beat 6 inflating pins for this price. All of them worked great, and I have spares in case I lose some.

Tachikara I-Kit includes everything you need for proper inflation in one easy kit. Includes a tiny but powerful pump, a quick air pressure gauge, and three replacement needles.
Customer Review :
Best pump i've used!
I really liked this kit because of the small extension that is used to keep the pump away from the ball. It made it easier to inflate the ball on my own because i didn't have to worry about the needle breaking. It also seems to inflate the ball at a fast pace so im happy with it :)Oh! it's also really small so it could slip into any small compartment :)

Best little air pump I have ever seen
What a great pump! Better than some I have seen at three times the price! The only thing that would make this better is if it came in a bag. I still have it in it's original package in the bottom of my soccer bag, but plan to make some sort of bag to better keep it all together.
Rating :
Good condition, and fast delivery
It is useful, and light, you can put it in your pockets and use it wherever you need.
Rating :
Very good pump for the price
This pump is a good value and works great. It pumps up a deflated ball faster than I expected. I like having the option of using the extension tube or not and usually don't use it, holding the ball between my knees. If I was rating the pump only, I'd give it 5 stars. But since this is a kit, I gave it 4 stars. One reason is that the guage it comes with isn't very accurate. I ended up buying the other dial type guage and it is excellent. The other thing is that it would be nice if this all came in some sort of a kit. I solved that with a zippered neoprene pouch, sort of like a large cell phone case, and it holds everything together well.
Rating :
Nice kit for the money
Nice little set. I actually only needed a needle to blow up my daughter's bouncy ball, but for only a few dollars more this set seemed like a good option (plus I wouldn't have to grab the 12V compressor from the car trunk). The build, fit and finish are all great for the price point, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how quick the tiny pump did the job (owing much to the fact that the design allows it to pump on both the push and pull strokes). I agree with some other reviewers that it would be nice if the gauge were in-line, but really all you have to do is take one of the extra needles and keep it attached permanently to the gauge and you can quickly and easily test the pressure without allowing loads of air to escape. Not as convenient, but not too bad either. Now I just need to wait for a good storage container to present itself around the house and I'll be golden.

If they accept all that you have listed as truth, it will require them to put down their new Wii's and DO SOMETHING. Their hope is that it won't happen in their lifetime, if it does, they will act surprised, shocked and awed. Playing "partisan" and the "blame game" occupies their tiny minds and frees them from the need to do something NOW.They have become acclimated to the virtual world, reality is not on their list of things to do.

Question : Can a Coleman® Self-inflating Camp Pad With Pillow self-inflate twice. How do you refill the inflater?
This may seem like a stupid question, but I can't find the answer anywhere and I don't want to pay $30 for something that only works once. It seems like the air for self-inflation has to come from somewhere. Do you refill it with a tire pump? Purchase some sort of chemical filled device?
Answer:
These types of camp pads usually have foam(similar to memory foam) inside them. When you take it out of its package, the foam will be compressed, and the valve will be sealed. open the valve and the foam will want to expand to meet the pressure of the outside air. This will draw the air into the pad, thus inflating it, then you simply close the valve and it is ready to be slept on. When you roll the pad up, open the valve and as you roll, squeeze the air out, and close the valve when it is rolled and squeezed enough to be able to fit back in its bag. Then the pad is ready to be used again and again.

Question : what do you think of the proposed milage tax?
WTF will our govt. think of next? This retard James Oberstar and some other congressmen are pushing for GPS tracking in YOUR vehicle!!! I'll go to prison before they get one in my car.Article below for all who haven't read Despite opposition from the White House, a proposal to tax motorists on the number of miles they drive each year is gathering speed on Capitol Hill. Its popularity is increasing as Congress searches for alternatives to the federal gasoline tax, which isn't indexed to inflation and hasn't been raised since 1993.Supporters say that a mileage tax would be a more reliable source of funding for the upkeep of the nation's roads and bridges. Many environmentalists endorse it, saying that it would lead to less driving and less pollution. However, the proposal is raising privacy concerns – particularly if GPS devices were to monitor mileage – and opponents say that the last thing people need is a new tax, particularly in the middle of a recession. Some critics, moreover, fear that it would have a disproportionate impact in states such as California, which has longer-than-average commutes.A bipartisan commission that Congress created said last week that lawmakers should increase the gasoline tax by 10 cents per gallon but begin shifting to a mileage tax.“With the expected shift to more fuel-efficient vehicles, it will be increasingly difficult to rely on the gas tax to raise the funds needed to improve – let alone maintain – our nation's surface transportation infrastructure,” said Robert Atkinson, the chairman of the National Surface Transportation Infrastructure Financing Commission. The idea is nothing new in Congress. At a hearing last year, Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., called the mileage tax a brilliant idea.Last week, after the White House said it would oppose such a tax, Rep. James Oberstar, D-Minn., rushed to its defense, saying that the new administration should be “open to new ideas and open to dialogue.”“Whether they want it or not, they are going to get it,“ Oberstar said in a speech to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. The opinions of the two veteran lawmakers carry punch because they head the Senate and House of Representatives transportation committees, which oversee the country's infrastructure. With Boxer and Oberstar promising to examine the mileage tax as an option, the idea is sure to create a lively debate this year. The proposal has plenty of skeptics.“The gas tax strikes me as being far more appropriate,” said freshman Republican Rep. Tom McClintock of California, adding that it automatically provides a discount for lighter vehicles. “The heavier and less efficient your car … the more gas you consume, and therefore the more tax you pay.”In addition, McClintock said, a mileage tax could result in the government's making “arbitrary distinctions,” taxing the number of miles driven in different types of vehicles at different rates. The proposal already is fueling privacy concerns.Critics are objecting to proposals to use Global Positioning System devices to keep track of how many miles drivers log and where they go. The technology is part of federally funded test projects that are under way in Oregon and elsewhere. When transportation officials pitched the idea at a committee hearing last year, Oklahoma Sen. James Inhofe, the senior Republican on the panel, told them: “Don't waste your time on that one. It ain't going to happen.”
Answer:
GPS would be needlessly expensive just to keep track of a tax. A simpler way (and I am NOT advocating they do this) is just to raise the gasoline tax-number of miles driven is proportional to amount of gas used, and high-mileage cars are taxed less than low-mileage cars. No extra expense, same result. If people are seriously advocating GPS, they have some other reason.
