Customer Review :
nice volley shoes
I received the item shortly after buying it for my wife. Exactly what I requested, Mizuno is a great volley brand. Light and comfortable ones. Just one problem: weird smell, maybe the plastic material in the shoes. A very strong, bad one. One can suppose it will vanish through time. Because of it I rate this shoes with 4 stars instead of 5. Despite this, the rest is fairly OK.

Mizuno vball shoes
I have 2 high school girls that play competitive volleyball and they love these shoes. They are comfortable, durable and look great. They both wear ankle braces with the shoes, as most volleyball players do, so the insides around the heel get ripped up, but that is not the fault of the shoe. They run true to size.

Great Shoes
These are great shoes. I just ordered my SECOND pair. I do think they run a little narrow. I usually wear a normal width but these are a little slim. Other than that they are GREAT and they loosen up once broken in. Just be prepaired to wear them for a while to break them in. Also, they were delivered quickly with no problems.

Flying colours, whichever colour you choose!
I would preferably wear these tees every day. Currently I am up far north, battling severe cold and stormy winds. Tomorrow I will be wearing a suit and not much else, for appearance sakes, with UA underwear. The day after I will be doing outdoor sports, with UA underwear. So wearing UnderArmour virtually every day.
I am into competitive eventing (equestrian sports) and love wearing the suitable thickness of UnderArmour shirt on competitions or cross country training as a single layer. In long sleeve version, it protects against branches hitting your skin, light abrasions and dries in a whisk. You NEVER get wet or dry up instantly, summer or winter, rain or sunshine. Competitive riding is an all weather and every day test, not only for clothes, and Under Armour passes it with flying colours, whichever colour you choose. A jacket as single outer layer will suffice for a warm up, after which you can happily wear it as a single layer.
The quality of the fabric is superb and stays well over many washing cycles. I always wash them luke warm, in fear of shrinkage, and am not so happy with the fabric retaining some odour at these washing temperatures. Also I must confess that I feel the Coldgear stuff is a bit stiffer, less stretchy than the light and thin Heatgear, especially the model with the "metallic" surface. The result is that it pulls up your back easier, exposing your lower back to the elements. Also I ran into a sale of a "Nike factory store", which on that day only, sold "Nike Fit" underwear. Strikingly similar to the Under Armour Heatgear it was at less than half the price. Not bad either, but not quite the same quality. Good second choice but a second choice.

Customer Review :
You get what you pay for....
Its an OK net system if you want to keep in the trunk for a spontaneous game of V-ball at the beach or park. Just don't run into the net or a pole, or serve a strong one into the net...You'll be straightening poles and untangling the netting. Works great for a badmitton net though if you're into that.

Not bad... for the price.
For the price, I think this is a good deal. When we got it, we went to the park to set it up, and it wasn't too hard. It comes with a "traveling bag", ball, pump, net, and brightly colored string to define the boundaries of the court. At first I thought the poles would snap in half from all the tension of the net, but that's when I realized I didn't set it up correctly. (who reads manuals anyway!). After I figured out what I did wrong (duh!) everything worked fine.
But while we were dismantling it, that's when things went south. Someone decided to ROLL the net up. Bad idea. You're supposed to fold it. If you roll it, it will turn into a tangled mess. I had to cut the net up just to undo the mess we got ourselves in.
Anyway, it's not a professional net, but it works just fine for us amateurs.

Questions & Answers
Question : How can I join a college sports team?
I have never been incredibly athletic, but I've been working out seriously for over a year, and have been taking up tennis and kickboxing and yoga as recreation. I might seriously be wanting to join my college tennis or volleyball teams, but I have never played other than in high school gym class. I'm rather good at both, but how can I join the team when I have next to no real team experience?
Answer:
try to find out when tryouts are and attend them. if you cant make the school team, you can try to find a club team or intraumural also, most schools have them for volleyball and some do for tennis

Question : Where can i join a volleyball team in Miami, FL?
I am a 23 year old beginner who is looking to exercise and obtain more knowledge in the sport of volleyball and team work
Answer:
check with local YMCA, craigslist for people who are looking for adult league players, open gym, or check with your local USAV region office and see if they can help you to join a team. There are different levels of play, I am sure you can find a suitable one. OR, local community college, they may have evening volleyball class in spring. Have (alotof) Fun.

Question : Should I even join a school sports team?
I'm going to middle school (7th grade) and wanna join a sport ( volleyball or soccer)I can walk or go to the after school bus for practice, but i dont have a ride to go home for BIG games ( like going to diffrent districts) and my brother said that if you miss 3 games or practices that you're off the team. Please i need suggestions if its worth joining a school sports team
Answer:
Its is defiantly worth it! I played volleyball and basketball from 6th- 8th grade and I am glad that I did. It helped me meet some of the students who were in other grades, make friends, and helped keep me on honor roll. If rides are a problem talk to friends or your coach about a ride.

Question : Are there any competitive volleyball clubs in Alaska?
I was born and raised in Michigan and moved to Alaska with my mother in 2003. Prior to moving, my favorite sport was volleyball. I am in college now and my school doesn't have a women's volleyball team - or any other sports teams for that matter. Does anyone know of a competitive volleyball club in Alaska that is still taking in new players? Thanks in advance.
Answer:
First off, I would consider asking other students in your college to see if they're interested in starting up a volleyball team. If there seems to be enough people interested in joining, then you could bring it up to the staff and they may start a team once they see people interested in participating. If that does not work, I would check online for information about adult volleyball clubs in your area. I found http://www.alaskavolleyball.com/drupal/ to have a lot of links and information on clubs in Alaska.Under my sources I listed some clubs websites that had adult leagues.Hope this helped :)

Question : what are 3 reasons volleyball is a team sport?
im writing an informational writing about volleyball is a team sport and i need 3 reasons for it
Answer:
1. A play consists of bump, set, and spike. Without all three being done correctly, good luck getting the point!2. If you shank a pass, then a teammate may be able to dive and get it back in play.3. It's a big court; coverage is key!

Question : Why is it in team volleyball that when every time a team earns a point they always celebrate like they won?
I'm watching Olympic Volleyball as we speak, but have seen this plenty times before. Every time one side earns a point they always cheer, hug, slap each other on the ass and act as if they won the entire game!! i know its team sport but come on! U don't see soccer teams or hockey teams act like that if the opposite team simply goes out of bounds or commits a foul.
Answer:
I think your description of the situation is a slightly exaggerated. As a Mens' volleyball player/coach, I strongly discourage 'cheers' or any pre-determined routine if my team scores a point. I hate seeing '1-2-3- ACE!' chants cheers, or any variation of those. You will see this often at high school girls matches.I do encourage positive interaction amongst the players on the court, and brief technical communication after every point. I think this is more of what you're seeing at the Olympic level. If an emphatic kill is made, or if a team wins a long rally, I can understand that celebration might be a little more crazy or prolonged.
